Whether you're here to explore the city or relax in a cozy retreat, this home offers the perfect blend of energy, convenience, and comfort.

    The home has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and is 1205 sqft. This is a 3 story townhome with a few steps along the walkway to the entrance.

    **Floor Plan**
    • First Floor: Entrance; Spacious office for remote work & bedroom featuring a king-size sofa bed that is permanently set up as a bed with a desk & ensuite bathroom. Heating only.
    • Second Floor: Living room with a sofa bed & smart TV, kitchen, dining area & lanai. Heating & cooling.
    • Third Floor: The master bedroom with a queen bed, while the bathroom, laundry area, and closet are situated separately on the opposite side, ensuring both privacy and convenience. Heating & cooling.

    **Additional Info About the Home**
    • This is a townhome and is not handicap friendly. Guests have to be very comfortable with stairs as there are multiple stories. See above for the floor-by-floor layout.
    • The first-floor bedroom features a king-size sofa bed that stays set up like a bed while offering the flexibility of a sofa, ensuring both comfort and versatility.
    • The parking space is compact and covered, fitting vehicles no larger than a Tesla Model Y. Please pull all the way into ensure the neighboring tenant can back out safely.
    • Please avoid parking in a neighbor's spot or blocking other vehicles, driveways, or access points. Any parking complaint will result in a fine. Thank you for helping keep parking smooth and respectful for everyone.

    **Other things to note**
    • Doorbell camera is present, providing video monitoring of the front entrance.

    **About the Reservation**
    • In booking our home, you consent to completing a third-party identity verification. The screening will have to be completed within 3 days from booking or at least 24 hours before check-in, whichever is earlier, to fully confirm your reservation. You are welcome to reach out to us for complete terms regarding guest screening.
    • Cancellation — Policy is upheld strictly. Extensions welcome based on availability. Shortened stays and date changes are subject to our cancellation policy. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.
    • For stays longer than 29 days, we require a double cleaning fee, additional tenant screening, lease signing, and a security deposit to fully confirm your reservation.

    **About Fees & Pricing**
    • The regular nightly rate covers 4 guests. Additional guest fees are $25 per person per night, up to a maximum of 6 guests. Please indicate an accurate number of guests.
    • We utilize dynamic pricing. This means that booking rates may increase or decrease every day. We do not honor yesterday's pricing.
    • Pet fee: Well-trained pets are welcome; We charge $50/night for your pet(s) which have already been included in your invoice if you have selected pets on your reservation.

    **House Rules**
    • This is a pet friendly home but kindly refrain from allowing pets on furniture/linens including couches, throws, beds, pillows, and towels. Please do not leave pets unattended; please bring poop bags and pick up after your pets.
    • Strictly NO parties and events, quiet hours between 10pm-8am, no smoking or vaping of any kind anywhere on the property including outdoor areas, no digital piracy, no shoes in the home. $500 fine per violation.

Property was easy to find, parking was convenient, home had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Loved the neighborhood too. Convenient to walk to restaurants, coffee, shops, etc.

Wallingford Washington

The house was in a great location. Parking was a bit of a challenge since we had two cars and only spot. But we were glad to have the one spot. The location was great -- everything you need is close. We were able to get downtown on 99 easily and to other locations because it's close to I5. The management company was super responsive and easy to work with. The neighbor could probably chill a little bit. We were four old people and she seemed to be monitoring our movements pretty closely. Odd-- but not the fault of the homeowners / management team. All in all it was a great trip and a very nice place to stay. We appreciated the washer / dryer, Keurig pods, and modern look of the place. Thanks!

The house is nicely appointed and very clean. It was nice to have the deck for sitting as well; dead plants not withstanding. The downstairs bedroom is NOT a King size bed despite the claim on the listing. I reached out directly and was told that it was a sofa bed set up permanently as a bed but was assured it was a King. It was more like 2 twin beds locked together. My husband is over 6 feet tall and his legs were hanging off. Luckily the Sofa on the 2nd floor does fold out into a Queen size and was more comfortable. Additionally, the unit has an urgent care facility directly behind it and the lights in their lot are extremely bright and point directly into the unit. The balloon style shades do very little to block this light. The downstairs bed room was as bright as an operating room when we were trying to sleep. Our friends on the 3rd floor also complained about how bright their bedroom was at night. The owners could definitely use some black out drapes in the bedrooms. The noise level from the Dick's hamburger joint (open until 2 am) directly across the street also made it very difficult to sleep-even with earplugs-in the downstairs bedroom specifically. I realize there is not much the owners can do about the noise. When I emailed the owners in the morning about the light/noise and terrible bed on the first floor I got some kind of AI generated "sorry/not sorry" reply.
