We had a great stay. Location was great and walkable to a lot of close restaurants and sights. Great coffee at Lladro and late night burgers at Dicks! Multiple grocery stores nearby too.The house was comfy for our group of 8. Charming old home with comfy beds. While there is no central heat in the house, the wall units kept us nice and cozy. They worked really well!We were able to cook in the kitchen and found everything we needed, except a cookie sheet.The host was communicative and responsive, highly recommend.

We absolutely loved our stay in this property! The neighborhood (Queen Anne) was simply fantastic — vibrant and walkable, with a great selection of restaurants, bars, and shopping. It was the perfect setting for our group of four couples.The hosts were incredibly helpful and responsive throughout our visit, making every part of the stay smooth and worry-free. The home itself was comfortable, spacious, and well-equipped for a group of our size, making it easy for us to relax and enjoy our time together. They left thoughtful amenities in the bathroom and detergent in the laundry room. We’ll definitely be back!

We had a sibling reunion in Seattle and stayed at this great property! We had a group of 7 adults and had plenty of room for everyone. The house was very clean and quiet, and we had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen well stocked. The location was great, we walked to all the Seattle attractions. There are great restaurants within walking distance and a nice grocery store.

Seattle Experience

The house was amazing. I did call for assistance once, but only got an automated message back. The entrance is not easy for a semi-disabled person to maneuver. The driveway has a lot to be desired. It was very thin in width & my minivan drug going in/out. Not for large vehicles.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Everything was very comfortable and as advertised. Only area I think could use some improvement. Is the mini split system. They should be separated and not have to be on exactly the same setting.

Great place to stay if going to the Seattle film festival

The house is in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance to the Uptown Theatre where many of the Seattle film festival movies are screened and easy to get downtown on the monorail to other theatres. Good restaurants in the area.

Amazing location and great property

The house was clean and well marked with signs on what to do. The beds were comfortable and very cozy. We couldn’t find a cookie sheet but other than that the kitchen was well stocked to cook a meal. The location was incredible, only ~12 minute walk to space needle and close to bus lines. Overall highly recommend!
