The space
This is a new spacious 1 bedroom queen size studio with a full bath and kitchenette. Please note, you are not sharing this room in the owner's home. This is like a small historic hotel. You will find it very comfortable, each room is locked and we have a security nearby and a caretaker sleeping on site.

You will have access to Studio #6, located downstairs to the left of the home upon entering gate. 1880 Charming Victorian in the sweet spot of Ballard
