We actually had reserved another house, and the owner messaged me the day of and said it was having air-conditioning issues and that she was able to send us to another property right next-door. Was very thankful for this accommodation. Cons: Community pool has a $5 per person fee associated; as previous reviewer said, beds were very hard. “The house was welcoming and very clean. The communication leading up to check in was great and we had area questions. We very much enjoyed the outdoors and the sunsets did not disappoint. The layout of the house was very accommodating to 4 adults with beds and bathrooms. ”
