“This studio is exactly what it appears to be. It was clean when we arrived and the host was responsive. Check in and check out was easy. The property is not flashy, but it is perfect for what we were looking for. It’s location is right in Sedona, near all of the shops and trailheads.”

“The accommodations were great. We are outdoor people. The place had a wonderful outdoor area where we could hang out and let our dog roam the yard. The kitchen had all you could need in terms of cooking items. In general, the one bedroom was very comfortable. I would stay there again.”

“Celebrated the week leading up to my 40th birthday in Sedona. The location of the VRBO was amazing!! Just one block off the main strip through uptown, right behind Elote(so you go all the good smells), and just a few hundred feet away from Sedona Beer Co. all while seeing the beautiful red rock mountains . “Patio needed repair. Bed, bedding and towels should be updated. TV was not user friendly. The kitchen was adequate for our needs. Loved the hot tub, and the rustic setting of the unit. Loved access to the commercial district.”

I would say I was kind of taken by surprise when I got to the property and saw that there was only an option for a toilet was a composting toilet. There was also a sign that told us that the boys/men could pee outside near the trees was also a little bit interesting and not what I expected. “This property is in an excellent location. Easy walk to shopping and several restaurants. Plenty of room and fully equipped if you choose to stay in. We especially enjoyed the back patio. The water feature is soothing and we enjoyed both morning coffee and evening drinks out there. The property is clean, full of information on the area and communication with the host was great.
