“Love the contactless process and everything what overall amazing and worth it.”

“I recently stayed in this nice little apartment and I would definitely recommend it. The location is great, as it’s within walking distance to various restaurants, making dining out quite convenient. There was an issue with the smoke detectors needing new batteries, but I appreciated that the management was prompt in coming to replace them. Overall, it was a pleasant experience”

“Property was fantastic and so close to everything. I went to a concert and it was less than 5 minute walk away. Would definitely stay again if I travel to Glendale for another show.”

“one of the best places I stayed at new/ renovated washer / dryer in unit prompt responses from host”

“Location was great. The property was clean. Received great communication from the manager. The kitchen was sparsely equipped. Great fridge and stove, very minimal in utensils, and kitchen towels. There was no need for the large wine fridge for short-term rental. The bathroom did not have safety features in the tub/shower areas. No non-skid strips, and safety handles were missing. Towels and linens were plentiful. The laundry equipment was fine, just the sliding barn doors made the transfer...

“Host was very friendly and helpful. Went out of her way.”

“The apartment’s amenities were excellent and very well thought out. I appreciate that items that usually wouldn’t be in a hotel were stocked at this property (full sized garbage, plates, utensils, hand soap, dish detergent, laundry in unit, etc.) I didn’t realize that the property did not have elevators until check in. It was an inconvenience concerning luggage, and I would’ve packed lighter if I knew that the unit was upstairs with no elevator access. There was a strong marijuana odor in...

“For a place with a high rating this room left a lot to be desired. On the booking, they fail to mention that this room is inside a Motel 6 with less than ideal cleanliness. It looked as if only my sheets were cleaned prior to check-in.”
