Joya del desierto en el país de Red Rock

Hermosa ubicación en la última casa restante aún sin desarrollar. Las vistas desde la propiedad son impresionantes.
La habitación está equipada con una cama tamaño king y una bonita cocina americana, con micro, 2 quemadores, tostadora, barbacoa al aire libre y cafetera Keurig. Guardamos armarios llenos de utensilios de cocina estándar y especias. El refrigerador tiene una fábrica de hielo.
La señal WiFi puede ser irregular en la habitación pero se puede acceder fácilmente desde el exterior. El servicio celular también puede ser débil, pero frente a la propiedad es muy fuerte. Es una zona montañosa y la señal puede ser bloqueada por la habitación.
El patio cuenta con un hermoso punto de vista de Cathedral Rock, la roca más fotografiada de Arizona.
Diariamente tenemos compañías de turismo y paradas turísticas para tomar fotos frente a nuestra hacienda.
Senderismo y ciclismo están justo en la puerta delantera y trasera. Aquí es donde la gente viene a pasear o caminar desde la ciudad, el área no es tan bulliciosa, más romántica.
Si te gustan las artes, ofrezco mini talleres de cerámica y otras formas de arte. Esto es lo mejor para los huéspedes que se quedan por una semana o más.

This property is so beautiful and welcoming. We spent a week here and enjoyed every moment. The home is close to every Sedona attraction. Carolyn welcomed us upon Check in and explained all the features of the home. I think she could sense our need for privacy yet she responded to every message I sent through vrbo very promptly. I am not a hot tub user but after a day of hiking it was our favorite part of the night. We like to cook our own meals and although the kitchen was not large, we found it had all we needed to cook. The grill on the patio was also a bonus.

My spouse and I enjoyed staying at Desert Jewel for many reasons. It is a beautiful property with unique decor. The host was welcoming upon arrival as well as throughout our stay. The property had an amazing view of the Red Rocks. It is about 10 to 15 minutes from shopping and dining - close enough yet far enough to be away from it all.There is an outside sitting area and a hot tub which we used and enjoyed. We were even invited to a dinner on our last night which we thoroughly enjoyed. We recommend staying here and would stay here again.

Really enjoyed our stay on the Red Rock Loop Trail. The unit was cozy and decently equipped for our needs. The location is excellent - looking across at Cathederal Rock and very quiet. Nice outdoor space to enjoy the sunsets. Access to the town was straightforward and we managed to avoid the bottlenecks down-town. Numerous good restaurants and three supermarkets within a short drive. Carolyn was very friendly and responsive.

This studio apartment has everything you could possibly want, and the host Carolyn is a gem - very communicative and accommodating with suggestions, local advice, or property issues, but also unobtrusive. This property has the best view of Cathedral Rock in town, and watching the sunrise and sunset from the hot tub is such a treat, and the stars are bright for a late-night soak too. During the low season, every hike, restaurant, shopping trip, and view point was within an easy and picturesque 20 minute drive, and you can even walk to Crescent Moon Ranch and those trails straight from the property. The king size bed is so comfortable, the kitchenette has every appliance you could need, and the bathroom even has a heat fan for warming up after a hot tub dip on those cold desert nights. Carolyn even has a Red Rocks parking pass you can use! This property is truly perfect, and I wouldn't want to stay anywhere else on future visits. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

From the moment we arrived we knew this place was special. Perfectly located! Convenient to restaurants, shopping, and a number of hiking trails yet just far enough away to enjoy the quiet and beauty of Sedona (Cathedral Rock is directly across the street!). Carolyn (the host) was available to answer all our questions and kind enough to offer great suggestions for hiking and dining in the area. (Javelina's Cantina for happy hour was a treat after a day of hiking.) The property is a great mix of eclectic Sedona with a homey feel. Super clean and comfortable and well stocked with everything you need. With so much to see and do in Sedona, we'll be back. And this is where we'll stay!

This was our first time in Sedona so we threw a dart at the VRBO board and hit a bullseye! We are more inclined to outdoor activities and quiet settings and "Desert Jewel in Red Rock" was all of that. It sits a few miles outside of Sedona and is easily accessible from SW of town (avoiding 11 busy roundabouts). Everything the host lists is accurate. They are long time residents and very knowledgeable about the area and willingly gave us ideas for hikes, restaurants, coffee, crafts/arts, parks and e-biking. We follow a tight budget as retirees but it was worth every penny to stay at Desert Jewel - we hope to do it again in coming years. The lodging is beautiful. We cooked several meals in the small kitchen and on the grill. The bed was absolutely perfect for us - not too soft or hard. The hot tub was a huge blessing and relaxation after a day of hiking, biking and car rides. The view is magnificent and there are numerable beautiful hikes nearby without going into or through Sedona town. Communication prior to and during our visit was excellent. We definitely recommend Desert Jewel in Red Rock Country. Thanks so much for a wonderful week at your place!!
