Sedona.org was the “host” and they were quite annoying. They sent me way too many texts and emails about early check-in costing more, late checkouts costing more, keeping the house in order, etc.The kitchen had zero food supplements except for a little bit of salt & pepper. I have stayed at so many different VRBOs and although this one had the right pots and pans and utensils, they did not have the kitchen basics to start off (such as a little bit of olive oil and/or spices.) For instance, I stayed in a VRBO in Tucson a few days before this VRBO and it had eggs, milk, cheese, butter, and a bottle of wine. Those are nice touches that go a long long way!

We are pros with vacation rentals at this point - both as a traveler and as a host. THIS rental was top tier! Easy check in, great communication and an amazing, well stocked home. First and foremost, the views are out of this world! Home was spotless. Beds were comfortable (adjustable sleep number bed in master!) and sheets were soft (and we are bed/linen snobs!) Kitchen was well stocked with everything you need to cook a meal ( some spices). We received a dog water bowl at check in which was so thoughtful for our pup! Hot tub was clean and so perfect for star gazing! Deck was the place to be for a morning breakfast and beat most restaurants views! Soft water system was so luxurious! The neighborhood was calm and good for walking our dog. Location was an easy drive in to the main areas of Sedona, but nice to be out of the hustle and bustle. Needless to say, we spent lots of time in the rental because it was so cozy, we didn’t want to leave!

Beautiful views of Elephant Rock from the front deck!! Enjoyed the gas fire pit table watching the moonrise.House interior was very clean and kitchen is beautiful and well stocked.Hottub was also clean and a great amenity.We saw lots of birds near the front deck and as we were leaving for sunrise hot air balloon we saw a javelina not far from the driveway.Great place to stay for 4 nights!! Thank you for hosting us.

Looking for a home with views but next to a lot of trails, if so this is a wonderful house for that. We brought our mountain bikes and every morning we were able to leave the house on them to ride to a trail. Sedona is very bike friendly. In the weekends it gets very busy downtown but we road our bikes down there and passed by all the cars stuck in traffic. This place has everything you need to cooking which is wonderful to have.

This was one of the best VRBO's we've ever had the pleasure and privilege to stay at. Everything about the place was outstanding. The location, views, amenities, comfort, check in/out process, etc - you name it - was a 10/10. We really enjoyed and appreciated our stay. The bed was very comfortable. The hot tub was nice. The shower was very clean, spacious, and had plenty of pressure hot water (even when both shower heads were running). The kitchen had everything you could possibly need. The internet was solid which was great since i needed to work remotely here and there. As great as all of those things were, none of them could top the location and view. I know great views aren't hard to come by in Sedona, but this one would be very difficult to beat! Staying here made us want to move to Sedona. If you're looking to visit, I'm certain you will love everything about this place.Thank you to our hosts for the lovely stay. We appreciated every moment of it.

The house is well maintained and well situated for being immersed with the Sedona landscape. It has your basic utensils and cooking equipment. Basic food stuffs such as spices, salt, cooking oil etc are not there. Renters should be aware that there are stairs into the house of which some have no railings. It is 2 steps down from the kitchen-dining area down to the living area as well as 2 steps into the master shower. Anyone with unsteadiness should beware. Otherwise we had a great time. The term ‘well-stocked’ is misleading.

This place was perfect with all the amenities! Very spacious with beautiful views. The deck is lovely and provides additional space for hanging out and for star gazing at night. We wish we would’ve booked a week in order to fully enjoy all this place has to offer.

Absolutely incredible property! We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Sedona because of how well stocked this home was and the view!! Save yourself money and just cook your meals here while experiencing one of the best views in Sedona. The kitchen was one of the best stocked vacation homes we have ever been in. My husband and I traveled with our almost 1 year old daughter and found the accommodations super comfortable. We loved the fire table and jacuzzi access. My only (small) complaint is that there are skylights in the bedrooms - which we loved for natural light but meant that the room was light at 5:30am - this wasn't an issue as we live on the East Coast so were waking up before then anyways, but might affect some folks ability to sleep comfortably in the morning.

Revisit

This was our 2nd time in this home, and we found it even better than our memories of the first stay. This is a lovely get away with fantastic views and access to trails and services. We hope to return next year.
