    ✔ Each bathroom is stocked with sulfate-free Public Goods shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel. These products are scented with a blend of organic essential oils and are ordered in eco-friendly refillable containers. We supply unscented hand soap as well. All bathroom supplies are vegan and cruelty free.

    You will have full access to the entire home, garage, outdoor living spaces, deck, patio, and hot tub.

    We live locally, and are available 24/7 if needed. We are just a message or phone call away throughout your stay!

    You will be staying in a quiet residential neighborhood. Please be respectful of the neighbors :). You will be centrally located, and just a short walk or drive to many of the area`s top attractions.

    Rideshares like Uber or Lyft are rare in Sedona, so we recommend bringing a car. You can take advantage of the Sedona Shuttle to get to popular trailheads where parking is difficult. The North SR-179 Park & Ride is an 8-minute drive from the home. The Park & Ride lot at Posse Grounds Park is just slightly further. Shuttles run year-round, Thursday thru Sunday.

    Alternatively, the Sedona Shuttle Connect will transport you to and from any location within city limits (including this home). The cost is $2 per person, $1 for select groups, and free for children 5 and under. Download the TransLoc app to request a ride, Thursday thru Sunday, 6:30 AM to 6:00 PM.

    • We do not charge extra for additional guests. However, the number of guests staying MUST match the number of guests specified on the reservation. No unregistered guests are allowed on the property at any time.
    • Pets are not allowed. Any evidence of pets may incur a $500 deep cleaning fee.
    • No smoking or vaping inside or on property. Any evidence of these activities may incur a minimum $1,000 deep cleaning fee.
    • We are unable to accommodate late check-out. Checking out after 10:00 AM will incur a $250 fee.
    • Fires, candles, fireworks, and other open flames are prohibited
    • No firearms allowed on property
    • Do not move furniture
    • Do not unplug, move, or tamper with electronic devices (WiFi, security system, locks, etc.)
    • Parties, special events, and retreats are not allowed per City of Sedona local ordinance
    • Minimum age to book a reservation is 25 years old. Additional guests may be younger.
    • Guest making the reservation must have identity verified and provide a current phone number
    • A $25 shipping and handling fee applies to items left behind. We are committed to complying with state and local regulations, which is why you will be asked to complete a guest verification process after booking.

    Truvi will collect a non-refundable credit card authorization fee of $10. This allows them to collect reimbursement if damage is discovered after your stay, without having to actually hold a damage deposit.

    Please be sure to complete this process WITHIN 24 HOURS of making your reservation. If the verification process is not completed, we cannot legally host you and we will be forced to cancel your reservation, potentially without a refund.

Beautiful home with exquisite views

We had a wonderful few days in Sedona and the home was perfect for our get away. We decided to have lunches out at restaurants and cook dinner in the evenings on the grill and dine outside on the beautiful patio with spectacular views. We couldn’t have found a better spot to land!
