“We rented this house to spend some time with family in the local area. First, it is in the perfect location, only minutes from all things in Seguin. The home was located in a quiet cove on the river. The home was great and up to date. It is a very spacious place if you have multiple people in your party. The hosts were very helpful and informative. We hope that this home is available during our next visit!!”

“Overall this is a nice property but the bed frames and mattress in all the rooms need to be updated. Also, we were given the wrong code to access the property and we were standing out in the heat for two hours trying to get in.”

“I had high hopes for this property. When we arrived box of trash by door and they picked it up the next day. Floors and carpet nasty had to clean upon arrival. No silverware in home and then was accused of stealing it. The home states it is dog friendly but no fence around yard. Cool looking house but won’t stay again. Very disappointed with reaction and cleanliness of home. Host was nice and responsive but did not listen when I told him state house was in and did not give me any money back due...
