The Cozy Turtle features a spacious screened-in room and a large dock that is perfect for outdoor living. It features 4 bedrooms.
The property is unique with 2.4 acres of large trees and open fields. It's ideal for playing volleyball, basketball, soccer, or just strolling the property. Due to the warm south western winds and open field areas to the north it is as mosquito and black fly free as possible. A very unique situation for Parry Sound/Muskoka. Two extra Bunkie's on the property are available during summer months. Please enquire if required? Please Note: This property is ideal for families. There are noise bylaws in place and there must not be large parties or excessive noise. Failure to comply will result in eviction and the renter will forfeit the rental cost and damage deposit. In addition, the renter will be responsible for any fines.
Turtle Lake is a mid-size clean, quiet, lake that rests at the head (upstream) of a chain of lakes flowing into Georgian Bay. It is approximately 2.5 KM long and has a public boat launch. If adventurous, you can kayak the rivers to Star, Mutton, Maple and Duck Lakes (some portaging) or you can explore adjacent Gilbank Lake. IN the winder it is an ideal location for Cross Country Skiing, Snowmobiling and Snow Shoeing.
The Cozy Turtle is approximately 2.5 hours north from downtown Toronto. It is 12 KM from the historic town of Rosseau and 10 KM from the Seguin trail, which is part of the park-to-park trail system. It is ideal for walking, biking, 4 wheeling and snowmobiling.
