Dear Guest , You stayed 3 nights with us 2nd day you received service in room , 3rd day you had do not disturb sign on door after you received towels from Housekeeper so they did not go in your room when you came that night late you were acting rude with front desk and demanding to change room because you did not get service. I assured you ( talked over the phone at 10 pm) to take personal responsibility to make sure that you will get service next day which we did provide. That night also when you did not get service we offer front desk to come to your room and take new linen and take trash out at 10 pm at time of your 1st complaint which when they came to your room you refused and tool extra towels instead. We apologize but we take full pride in our service and we are one of the very few hotels who still gives service everyday to stay over. If you are not from USA and not aware we would like to let you know that lots of hotels even full service no longer provides daily housekeeping service to stay over rooms unless asked for due to Labor shortages. We apologize that while explaining this to you , you may have misunderstood and interpreted differently. We hope you understand our situation and we tried our best to accommodate you, its unfortunate that language barrier and your misunderstanding have caused you to give us unfair rating. Thank you
