“The pool, beds and space on the property are excellent. The kitchen is small but functional although missing some common amenities (i.e. dish towels). You can tell and appreciate that the construction is new and in relatively solid shape. There were a few items where the quality of the craftmanship was less than ideal. “Everything looked like new, towels, sheets, appliances, etc. Well maintained, very clean and an awesome view. The entire family enjoyed having breakfast at the balcony. The owner was very helpful to provide all the information we needed. The house is about 25 min driving from La Fortuna downtown, which is not much if you plan to stay out visiting places the entire day, otherwise it could take a while to go back and forth from the house to some of the main attractions in the area.”
