“My partner and I greatly enjoyed our stay at the Beaver House! It was clean and quiet. The huge backyard was a wonderful place to sit and soak in the beautiful flagstaff scenery! The Beaver house had everything we needed during our stay, including a full fridge, stove, microwave, coffee pot and even a washer and dryer if necessary. Highly recommend staying for the weekend or longer if you can!”

“As lovely in person as it appeared in photo's. Perfect for couples. Comfy couch, large bedroom, functional kitchen and wrap around porch with tall pine and starry night views. Location was what we wanted - just far enough away from the downtown Flagstaff hustle and bustle. A relaxing escape after attending activities near NAU during the day. Though a small part of the road towards the house is not paved, it was no problem for a typical sedan, even in the rain. Saw many mountain bikers and active...

“My husband and I enjoyed our 3 night stay. The place is convenient to trail heads and restaurants and we loved sitting in the outside areas. There is a gorgeous view from the street, although you can't see it while sitting on the patio. It's an older home, but we liked the style. The bathroom, in particular, could use updating but everything was comfortable and clean. Loved the spider plant! ”

“The house has everything you need to feel like home. Nice views from the living room. During the night you can create a very relaxing atmosphere by turning on the fireplace and by using the right wall lamps. Our kids enjoyed playing with the toys included. I hope we can come back in the future.”

“Everything was great! AC was good. Walked to restaurants. Shower is kinda different and small area to move around in but it works and had plenty of hot water. Great to park within feet of the doorstep! We really liked the decor and comfortable bed. Only stayed one night so didn’t cook anything but looked like it had all the stuff you needed to make meals. We would recommend! ”
