“It used to be one of my favourite hotels for business trip to Bristol but this time the experience has been extremely bad… almost 50 minutes waiting for the food at the restaurant during dinners , every single day …. The worst part was the housekeeping service … not done at all during the whole stay . I’ve to go the reception front desk asking for fresh towels every evening. The only positive thing for this hotel are the gym facilities. Regards ”

“Terrible servicio. Habitaciones muy sucias, toallas sucias, insectos muertos, muebles sucios, sin servicio de limpieza, lavabo tapado, las fotos no corresponden a los cuartoS, pero lo peor, la actitud arrogante de Richard Robbins, el gerente, que claramente nos discriminó ”

“This is a wonderful property located perfectly for central Bristol activities. Staff was very friendly and attentive. The property and room were spotless. In addition the room was quiet as anyone could ask for. When I get back to Bristol, I will be staying here again.”
