“The Stavrand is a beautiful property nestled in the redwoods just a few minutes walk from downtown Guerneville. The front desk and dining room staff were friendly and helpful. We brought kayaks, for which we were shown a safe place for storage. My disappointments were: (1) the swimming pool was quite cold, and the jacuzzi was not very hot and had no operative jets, (2) housekeeping did not come clean our room during our 2-night stay, and (3) the room, though lovely, had no real separation of bed...

“Nice quiet location at the end of the street but still close to everything. Excellent coffee and morning avocado toast breakfast at Sam's General Store right on the premise. Just a perfect way to enjoy it while sitting outside in the small quiet yard. The room was very comfortable and had all the amenities that we might have needed, heated bath floor included.
