“Absolute gem! This cottage was perfect for a weekend getaway with my dearest friend. The kitchen is stocked with what you need to make meals, the fridge has a freezer, coffee pot takes regular ground coffee (filters are provided), the shower was delightful, the bedding is super comfortable, the view is divine, there is a patio to enjoy a meal or morning coffee, the lake is literally steps away and two sun chairs are provided as are the beach towels for them. “Home is in a great location - adequate in all respects. Could use some clearer directions for use of thermostat, TV, internet, etc. ”

“Excellent house. The backyard and front yard are gorgeous and totally fenced. Easy parking. The kitchen has everything you might need. In one of the restroom the plug is not working, but you can use an extension and use the plug in the kitchen. It's a bit expensive more than 2 k, but it is a good place to stay. Overall it's an excellent property I would stay there again. ”

“Entrance to the home was a bit scary because of the dropped off to the garage floor, especially at night when it was dark! The hot tub didn't look clean based on the look of the water. Other than that, everything else was fine. ”

“The studio apartment was clean and comfortable for 2 adults, and had all the amenities for a great 3-day weekend. Private covered parking was easy, and the unit was conveniently located in the Northstar Village. We walked everywhere - skiing, dining, shopping, etc.”

“This house was awesome for our family of 7. Plenty of sleep space, the kitchen has everything stocked so for our big meals we needed nothing. The beach being a walking distance was a major plus Since there’s no close parking for the beach! We seriously had a great vaycay full of fun memories! ”

“I really appreciate the communication with AvanStay, if I had any issue or questions I received a quick response. The location was great and the condo had everything we needed for our stay-spices, appliances (including washer and dryer), basics for coffee and so on. I did think the furniture in the unit was very outdated and should be replaced with newer pieces. The unit does not have AC but plenty of fans were provided. Overall I thought the unit was nice and would rate it an 8 out of 10”

“We came for a long weekend to explore the Lake Tahoe area and do some hiking. Made the mistake of renting a large SUV, the neighborhood is difficult to get into off the busy road and the streets are very narrow. Parking at the cabin also very tight but my hubby got good at getting into the covered carport in back. Cabin is very cozy and clean, highly recommend staying here!!”
