The house and location are magical, very relaxing. We're a big family, multigenerational and there is something for everyone. My children and their children enjoyed a polar plunge off the dock. We had a fire in the fire pit and made smoores, looked at the stars, the kids went kayaking. The water is turquoise green and beautiful. We enjoyed the birds, squirrels and there was even a beaver. We played charades, watched movies and everyone cooked. We had room to do our crafts and everyone completed a vision board. Its large enough to accommodate all of us. This is our second year and hope to come back again.

Family Time

The property is beautiful, clean with friendly hosts. The views are amazing and the swing on the porch is so relaxing. We had plenty of room for everyone. We enjoyed our vacation with three generations.

Grams 70th birthday weekend

It was magical. The house was like a huge hug. We had grandchildren from 8 to 20, 2 small dogs, 2 elderly audults and the the rest of the family (16 in total). Everyone had a place and something to occupy their time: the lake, games, puzzles, reading, TV inside or out. Fireplaces galore. And the bed swing was a treat for all. There was room enough for all of us to craft together, sing and have a line dance party. Thank you so much for a wonderful weekend.

Amazing place to gather

This home was just perfect for our family together for a Clemson graduation and right before Christmas. They even had a Christmas tree and some decorations. The home has every amenity you will ever need and extremely quiet and clean. Thank you for providing us this beautiful space to celebrate.

Wonderful graduation weekend

What a lovely property! We enjoyed a gorgeous day on the lake! Every detail was covered — from coffee options, to lake items (fishing poles, wood for the firepit, paddle boards, etc) and plenty of room for all adults to sleep comfortably. We will definitely be back for another weekend!

Awesome Stay on Lake Keowee for a Clemson football weekend

Can't say enough positives about the stay. Communication with the owner was excellent from the time we made the reservation all the way through check-out. Janet made sure our stay was stress-free and went out of her way to make sure everything met our expectations. We rented the house for a football weekend and would absolutely do so again. The house is convenient to Clemson, in awesome condition and offers a ton of amenities. We were a large group (18) ages 22-62 and everyone had great stay on the Lake and enjoyed everything Clemson and Lake Keowee had to offer. I would highly recommend this house & host and we saw firsthand why they both have a 5 star rating!

Walk in and the stress melts away!!

This was by far the most beautiful vacation rental home we have stayed in! It had everything you could possibly want or need. The host didn’t miss a single detail!! From makeup washcloths, candles, beautiful dinnerware, games, and lake toys, there literally was nothing we needed to run to town for! You can’t go wrong renting this property!

Great spacious house for big family

This is a great spacious home for a big family reunion.It has enough room for everyone to spread out or all come together for meals and game night. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you might need.We loved that the house is located in a cove with deep water. We enjoyed swimming around the dock and has plenty of room to park a boat and jet ski. We had a great experience

Great Large Family House

We had three families staying at the house together with all our kids. We were able to give the kids the upstairs as their own space while each set of adults had their own masters. The house is very well done. Brand new. We didn't make use of the basement level enough, but it was very comfortable and had room for games. The main floor had a large kitchen that connected to the back porch with a large dinner table. That is where we spent most of our time. The location on the lake was great. Not too far from stores but relatively quiet as it is was on a cove (weirdly one neighbor likes to blast random but really good music on his way in and out to go fishing each day.) Kids spent much of the day jumping off the dock. We brought our own boat but there are a lot of water toys at the house (more than were in the VRBO description). The ownere was very responsive to the one issue we had with garbage pick up. Our only small negative on the house was that the front yard, well nicely sodded, is very steep and with neighbors close by it was tough for kids to run around and play soccer or baseball. Also the neighborhood is still under construction so on some days there was work being done, but it was not terribly distracting. We would definitely rent this house again. One final note - we had another house we had rented on VRBO cancel on us two weeks before our trip and we booked this at the last minute. The homeowner was able to make it happen less than a week out.

Beautiful New Home

Such a beautiful new home! Still has that new home smell!! The kitchen is stocked with everything thing you could need! This place is like staying in a resort, yet feels warm and welcoming like being in your own home. We spent so much time on the outside upper deck with the tv on enjoying the lake view. When we weren’t doing that we were down in the dock fishing. A great place for a family vacation. We couldn’t have asked for more! ♥️♥️♥️

Amazing lake house

We stayed 10 nights with our girls soccer team and it was perfect. Janet was a perfect host and helped us to enjoy every part of the lake house. I highly recommend this place and will come back for sure! Thank you again!!
