Access to the state park is great. The house stayed cool, the bed is comfortable, and the location is perfect. We will be back ”

“Beautiful spot halfway between Seneca Falls and Watkins Glen. I wouldn’t hesitate recommending this place.The owner was super accommodating and answered all my (sometimes silly) questions. After a long, hot day of walking around wine country, sitting on the porch for a sunset and bird-watching was lovely. The only suggestion I have would be, bring your own chair or chair cushions. Terrific stay! ”

The house is right on the lake, with a small beach for access into the lake for wading or swimming.
