“Our group had a great time at this property! The fire pit and grill made for a wonderful summer stay. It was an about a 12 min drive to the village of Watkins, but Tin Barn Brewing is practically in the back yard and other wineries close by. We were able to find local transportation to get us to the village so no one had to worry about driving! We were pleasantly surprised by the size of the house! Looks much larger than the photos showed! Jason was very responsive and welcoming as a host!”

“Great time with family. Excellent location with a very communucative and respinsive host. The house is located with a great view of the lake. Ot is perfect for a laid back getaway.We had some grey weather but still had a great time with family playing games and relaxing walks.”

“The property was fine for our purpose. We were mostly gone all day exploring the numerous waterfalls and State Parks. Inside was neat and tidy. Outside needs attention. Owner communicated extremely well and graciously showed us his wine making process at his vineyard.”

“Pat and Patrick were just the best hosts vacationers could ask for. They were attentive to every detail and went out of their way to add to the enjoyment of our vacation. The view of the lake from every area of the property was just stunning. We will be returning for sure.”

“A wonderful stay at a beautifully appointed farmhouse on Cayuga Lake. Perfect for our extended family, the home was well stocked with kitchen essentials and linens. Though the weather kept us from the lakeside amenities, we still had a great visit and would love to return!”

“Spent the weekend here with 6 other girls, plenty of space to spread out and relax! We had plans all over the lake and this was the perfect central location to do everything we wanted to do. House was clean and cozy, exactly as pictured. Our only complain is the coffee maker took 45-60 min to brew a full pot, probably just needs to be replaced. Would recommend to anyone wanting somewhere reliable in the area for a small group or larger family!”

“We had a wonderful time in Watkins Glen. The location of the house was very convenient to everything. We were very happy to have been in WG before the rush of the season. The house was perfect for our needs. Jill made herself available and was a great communicator. My husband left his wedding band at the house and Jill responded promptly and helped to get it shipped back to us. ”

“We enjoyed our stay! Overall the property is great, but does need some cosmetic updates, painting the exterior & finishing the floors upstairs. The bathrooms were spotless, beds were comfortable & lots of space for everyone. Charging cell phones & electronics was a bit challenging due to lack of electrical outlets, but it’s an old home & again, we made due. “We absolutely loved our stay at the farmhouse. The property is beautiful. The house has been renovated with all the modern fixtures and amenities, but they managed to retain the charm of the old farmhouse. “During our week long vacation we stayed at a different vacation rental each night. This was our favorite without a doubt. The property was very clean. The neighborhood was very quiet. The hosts were very kind and even helped us on our way with a small issue with our vehicle. If we visit Palmyra again we will be staying here.”
