“If i had a complaint about my stay it would be the lack of control over my room temperature. I really like a cool room for sleeping and the room got very stuffy in the night. I also did not like the fact that breakfast was at 9 am no choice for earlier. On the good side the one breakfast i was there for was delicious and the couple running the B&B were great and overall a very nice stay. My " complaints " are more just suggestions for things to improve the stay. ”

“What a gem! I absolutely loved staying there. The property grounds were amazing and absolutely perfect for my 2 dogs to run around freely. Listening to the Keuka Outlet was peaceful. It was great having trail access so close for us to walk in. The cabin and amenities were perfect for our stay. I loved the comforts of staying in the cabin with the feel of camping. Would absolutely stay here again!”

“Owners obviously put a lot of thought and effort into making this a lovely and comfortable place to stay. We were able to witness spectacular sunsets from the the deck surrounding our tent. Be aware that this is dark country, so a local rooster will wake you up early! Only reasons for the 4 stars above: one of the restrooms was out-of-order, so we did not get private restroom as advertised. It wasn’t a big deal, though. Also, would recommend owners mow grass more frequently as walking through...

“We enjoyed our stay in Geneva. We were only a few blocks from downtown Main Street with all its cute shops and great restaurants. Plenty of on street parking if you have a car. The property was perfect for 2 of us. The kitchen is nice and stocked with everything you need. The bed was super comfortable. There was even enough room for 2 of us to work remotely and not feel crowded. Adam was a great host. He communicated with us on a timely manner. He also messaged to be sure we we felt at home!”
