安さと場所は良いのですが...

まあ価格が安いので期待はしてませんでしたが、価格なりですね。　今回は緊急設備対応だったので近い場所を選びましたが...シャワーを浴びて寝るだけです。 私も海外には慣れていますが...まあ許容限界ですね。 ただ歩いていける場所に日本料理を含めたレストランとコンビニがあるので場所は最高です。 駐車もホテル前に自由に停められるのは魅力ですね。

A disappointment of stay

Had booked a night of stay at the hotel under hotel.com. however,when reaching the hotel lobby mentioned that the hotel had only has business link up with Agoda instead.and the room I book was not available .and end up has to re-book another room!this was really really bad and causing delay to my personal itinerary. I will need to check if there is any reimbursement of my previous booking.

Budget hotel for short stay. Good for business trip. Room for 3 is extremely small. We’ve to step over stuff in order to get to bed. Facilities such as air cond and hot shower worked perfectly. So, all in all, a good overnight hotel. Also, close to a lot of restaurants. Location is tops.

Good place, need to improve maintenance

It seems as new hotel. Location is very good, near the aeon seremban. Jusy lack of maintenance and a bit of cleanliness. Otherwise it is okay for me

Strong cigarettes smell in a no smoking room

The first room that was assigned to us was filled with stale cigarettes smoke. The previous occupant was obviously smoking in a nonsmoking room. I complained and I was given the room next to the first room. The stale cigarettes odour was still in the air. The hotel management should strictly enforce the no smoking rule. I advise those who are sensitive to cigarettes smoke stench to be mindful if they are thinking of staying in this hotel.

I have to repair bathroom door handle as it is not locking properly. Shower hose is detached. and voluntarily glued it using araldite glue. Wall lamp is full of dust, probably forgotten by cleaning staff

隔音不好，隔壁就是ktv，house keeping做得不完全，還要提醒櫃檯補廁紙和換浴巾，晚上出去很熱鬧，有許多吃喝的地方。

Bad Experience

The room was small and is difference compared to the picture shown in Expedia. There is no space to put our luggages. Cups and kettle were not clean and have smell. We can't stop the water came out from rain shower when we were using the shower head. The bathroom door can't close completely. The good thing is the air conditioner is cold enough and there is alot of space for parking in front of the hotel.

Value for business trip but not family

Hotel is new and clean. Selling 3 in 1 drinks, soft drinks, ice-creams etc. Not like the other budget hotel, the hotel runner provide good water heater and air cond. No mini bar but surprisingly has Astro (lined TV channel). 2 fatal bad things. Sound-proofing is very poor, we could hear cars and bikes passing by all night long. not sure they are changing/washing bed sheets, we could see some dirt on them (maybe unable to wash) but for sure there is some sand.

Cleanliness a turndown

It's a budget hotel,so there is no high expectations for this hotel...but 1 thing I really don't understand is that this hotel has high rating... First of all although the bathroom is new but it is poorly maintain....It is not clean at all n I saw a dead baby crockroach on the toilet floor.... 2nd there is ant everywhere. ...u can't leave u food or drink for a while on the table.. And lastly this would the worst experience if all...coz around 1 am I was woken up by a loud n noisy sound. .. It's turn out to be there were a crowd of ppl nx to my room...just talking n laughing very loud...no consideration for other ppl at all... The staff just stood in front of the counter n didn't bother Wat was happening around them.... Thank god it was just 1 nite.. N I will never come back to this hotel. ..again..

New hotel but poor maintenance

I have stayed in this hotel for 3 nights in 2 different rooms (King size and Queen Size bed). When I check in to the King size room, the hotel toilet bowl is not clean and full of cigarette waste. I could not close the toilet door too. This happened in my 2nd room (Queen Size room). The toilet is also abit dirty with stain on the wall. I am quite disappointed with the toilet.

Decent budget hotel

The room wall is too thin. There were lots of noises caused by the opening and closing of doors in the early hours of the morning as those who had a late night out returns to their rooms. Otherwise the hotel is okay for an overnight stay in Seremban.

ok location. reasonable pricing.

basic hotel. double storey shop lot. no lifts/escalators. walking stairs only. towels, toothbrush and toothpaste, body wash and shampoo plus shower caps were provided. tv with 10 channels. also had 2 bottles of drinking water, small kettle & hair dryer. we stayed in a double bed room. very small room with limited walking and storage space. poor sound insulation was disturbed by the noises from corridor and neighboring room and also sounds from the street below. curtains touches the bed and it was stained. there were stains on the walls too. towel provided was dirty and stained too. water heater temperature was ok but water pressure was very very low. water drainage was very very slow too. flooded the bathroom in middle of shower and had to wait for it to subside and drain to continue showering. simple snacks and drinks available at lobby. alot of eateries within walking distance but may seem a little unsafe to walk about after midnight. because the room was tiny the only great thing was the cold air conditioning.
