“It was fabulous! Ubication great, the room excellent! All the workers there were very kind . We had a wonderful time!”

“The staff was welcoming, helpful, and prompt in responding to our messages whenever we had questions or needed assistance. We truly appreciated their attentiveness and hospitality. While the hotel is aesthetically pleasing, it lacks some basic practical amenities that need immediate attention to prevent further inconvenience to guests. “Check in and out was very efficient (self-serve), through a machine. Rooms were clean and as shown in pictures, it is on the small side but this is common in the area. No frills, no room decorations or tv, but the biggest plus was the view of the river and a seven eleven right downstairs!”

“If many overseas visitors use the hotel it would be good to have more information in English. Need clear instructions on how to check in. It was by chance that the good young manager came out as I think he saw me on CCTV waiting outside (this was before the official check-in time). Wasn't aware there was no desk to check in upon arrival.”

“Buena ubicación y buen descanso”
