Property is very clean and a great location. Only issues we had were with the front desk. At check in, Marlene, had our room listed under someone else and could not find my reservation. She wasn’t very quick to try and figure out the problem. I had to produce my reservation confirmation for her to find our unit.. which she had prepared under the wrong name. She gave us very minimal information about how things worked around the property, (towel service,etc).
The paper she gave us as check in said we would receive clean bathroom towels mid stay. After 5 out of 7 days I had to go and ask front desk why I hadn’t received clean towels yet and she said I don’t qualify for them... I showed her the paper saying a 4-7 day stay received new towels mid stay... she was confused and said our room wasn’t on her list for new towels ... and she was busy manning the front desk and couldn’t change them. I told her I wasn’t happy about the amount of money I paid to stay for a week and not even get new towels as I was promised. Another lady , Canida(?) was amazing after this and shortly after brought a full bag of new towels up to our room and she felt bad for the error.... which was not her fault.
Still overall a good stay at a good place in a great location.... and none of this has to do with Leo himself! Just make sure you bring documentation of your reservation as the reception is too busy worried about other things and doesn’t have the greatest customer service ...
