Sleeps up to 5 persons. | Location, Location, Location!! Sunset Cove is located on the southern end of Seven Mile Beach less than one mile from the restaurants and duty-free shops in George Town. This Oceanview condo is located on the exterior of the Sunset Cove complex with a great view of the ocean from its private balcony. This Cayman Condos professionally-managed unit offers a fully-equipped kitchen including a dishwasher and microwave, cable TV, central a/c, ceiling fans, complimentary WiFi, a washer/dryer and a private balcony. Sunset Cove is a *2018 & 2019 TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence* property! | | Property amenities include the largest swimming pool on Seven Mile Beach with a swim-up snack and cocktail pool bar, a whirlpool, and a separate shallow wading pool for small children plus a sandy beach with a protected swimming cove as well as a snorkel reef just outside the cove to enjoy. This Seven Mile Beach property location is convenient to all the action. A variety of restaurants, shops, nightlife, water sports and golf all nearby. | | Trusted on-site professional manager to welcome you on arrival at our office, and help with any questions or problems during your stay. Wonderful week on the beach

Property has a lovely protected beach and large beautiful pool with swim up bar. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. Beautiful ocean view from balcony- a great way to start your day looking out drinking coffee! Accommodations were as spacious and welcoming as pictured and on site management made check in and out super easy!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We've been renting this condo for many years and enjoy it's amenities. This year, much better/quieter with most of construction finished next door. And Roger was wonderful this year. He took care of everything very quickly and Ted did great job. The landscaping was exceptional, but SO sad reef for snorkeling is completely gone/overtaken by Sargasso and few fish left. Lots of great places to eat very nearby.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Nice and relaxing condos on a private beach. This place is family friendly, but also a good spot without the kiddos. The property was well maintained. The beach was never crowded and there were always available chairs when we would go out. The office manager is friendly and helpful, but leaves regularly throughout the day during office hours. The snorkeling at the reef outside the enclosed area had very clear visibility approximately 150 meters out with a nice colorful variety of fish to see. The water in the enclosed area has some fish, but the water visibility is a little murky for snorkeling. Snorkel gear rentals were located within walking distance of the condos. Overall, its a great place where you don't have to fight the crowds and have a private beach. I would recommend scheduling any Covid tests in advance at the Marriot at few doors down.

Easy, simple place to stay on the beach

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo unit we stayed in, 305, was mostly clean. It could use a deep clean, especially as it probably has not been stayed in for two years. The beds were comfortable with clean sheets. The bathrooms were fine; but the showers took a while for the water to heat up and both shower faucets didn't work properly; but we managed fine. Well equipped kitchen and spacious living area. Great beach facing deck. Unfortunately the land next to us was under construction, so it was noisy and dirty during the day. The Sunset Cove/ Cayman Condo team were super friendly and helpful. The beach's man-made swimming area is great. Snorkeling equipment for rent is close by. The pool was good, clean and with a swim up bar with drinks and food. Easy parking near the room. You can walk to quite a few restaurants. The Margaritaville that used to be in the back of the condo has closed, and now it's a creepy abandoned hotel with a green pool. We enjoyed how peaceful the property was. Overall great stay and we would stay in a different room next time closer to the beach.

Great!

I loved the stay at Sunset Cove especially that amenities in Margaritaville are shared with us. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is because they never swept the condo.
