We loved our stay at this condo! It’s the perfect location, right before traffic starts on a side street near all the conveniences you will want. The pictures do not do it justice. Everything has been renovated, upgraded linens and plenty of towels.

Family Getaway

This was our first time staying in this particular Condo, but we have stayed at this complex many times. This complex is in a perfect location. It is in a very quiet area but is close to everything. The condo was perfect. It was clean, beautifully decorated and had everything we needed and then some. The beds were so comfortable and we loved feeding the ducks from the balcony. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back.

Sevierville/Pigeon Forge

Great location is close enough to everything, but if you want to go somewhere else Knoxville, Dandridge, Newport, Morristown, it's great to be able to take the back roads and not be stuck in the horrible traffic. NASCAR park 100yrds away had a blast. Shopping etc. All walking distance.

An excellent holiday getaway

Our family had a wonderful stay at this condo. It is close to everything in the Sevierville, Pigeon Forge, and Gatlinburg area but far enough to avoid many of the high traffic areas. The unit was beautiful and the beds were super comfortable. Incredible shower in the master bathroom! Family raved about the stay and Doug and Connie were extremely responsive to any questions raised.

Great property! Great location

We stayed for a long weekend. The property was very nice and clean. We loved the location it was close to everything and yet we had a nice spot by the river to relax by. The owner was very quick to respond to any questions we had. We'd highly recommend this property to Pigeon Forge travellers!

Great Place!!

We live fairly close and visit Pigeon Forge 4-5 times a year, and have for over 20 years.. This condo was awesome. It was clean, the layout was perfect, location was perfect.We did not use the pool but it was just a simple pool and was nice.. There was plenty of towels, cleaning supplies, and parking, it was just really nice. It had a decent sized washer/dryer that made it easy for us to keep things washed. It was on the ground floor which we loved. The only thing I could say at all, was it could use another frying pan and plastic spatula, and one side of the reclining couch didn't work. But that was no problem for us. The furniture was comfortable, it had nice outdoor furniture, plenty of seating in the dining area. My family kept talking about how they wish we could just buy the place. It was truly the best condo we have stayed in and we have stayed in TONS of them. We definitely will be renting this one again.

Everything described was accurate. Upon arrival Mr. Doug gave us the access code to get in. It was as easy as he described. The place was amazing everything accompanied our family perfectly. Location was amazing. We would definitely rent from Doug again and recommend his place to everyone.

Family Vacation

We stayed the week of June 8-June 15. The Condo was beautiful and very clean, and bigger than we were expecting! We absolutely loved our stay. Wonderful location! Mr Walker was a pleasure to do business with. He answered all of our questions and concerns and responded to my messages within minutes of my sending them every time! We are hoping to be able to stay here again in the future! Thank you to Mr Walker for being such a good and reliable host!!
