First time in TN and we had an amazing time. Cabin was perfect for our group. The views were amazing - even the family of 4 bears that came to see us. Owner was very communicative, easy to get a hold of. Thanks for being great hosts!

Absolutely beautiful and well maintained cabin with a spectacular view!!! We did not want to leave!! Check in and check out was simple, and the host was great with communication. We would 1000% recommend this property!

Amazing cabin with a view

This spacious cabin was ready to accomodate my family and our needs! The main bedroom had a king size bed and full bathroom, queen bunkbeds upstairs (the loft with two twin beds is also upstairs. The ladder is quite steep, and if my kids were younger they'd have loved it being up there. Instead they preferred the queen bunks for the space to sprawl out. There is a 3/4 bathroom upstairs (includes a jetted tub). They had a great time with the pool table, racing game and game table. We all spent time on the two decks overlooking the mountainside at various points throughout our stay. There are rocking chairs and a side table (on each deck), so it was a great spot to read, take pictures and drink my coffee. Also, might be minor to some, but the freezer had an ice maker which was fabulous given our stay had an average temperature of 90 degrees each day. Which thankfully this cabin has air conditioning. It was too hot during our stay to use the jacuzzi on the balcony so unable to comment on that. If we head back to Tennessee we would definitely book again. The windows on the cabin were huge which let so much natural light filter in, and gave us a chance to see the picturesque views often, which we loved. (The only downside I can see with this is if you like to sleep in, its pretty bright out early in the morning.) We also took advantage of the pool on the property during our stay; it got a little busy but there were tables, chairs and lounge chairs for use.

Excellent location, really clean

Family of six, we loved our stay here. We enjoyed the location as well as the amenities within the cabin. Manager was easy to reach and friendly. View of the Smokies is excellent. Highly recommend.

Stunning views!!

Our host, James, was incredibly responsive and friendly from the start. We originally planned a four-night stay, but he generously offered us a discounted rate for a fifth night—we couldn’t pass it up, and it was absolutely worth it!The cabin itself is cozy and well-equipped with plenty of amenities. Waking up to the stunning morning sunrises was a highlight of our trip. The location is perfect, with easy access to Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, and the Great Smoky Mountains National Park.We will definitely be back and will be recommending this cabin to others. A truly wonderful experience!

Great Family Cabin

We had the best time at the cabin. It was cozy and comfortable. The kids loved the games and the hot tub. Views were stunning. Wears Valley is only a few minutes away with great shops, restaurants, and hiking trails. We can’t wait to come back!

Beautiful views, easy check-in, responsive host

Absolutely perfect for our family getaway this Christmas. The cabin is exactly as pictured. The arcade games and football were a big hit with the kids. The hot tub was spotless and wonderful (and super easy to use). It was great we brought two adults, and 4 kids (15, 12, 7, 5). We had plenty of room, the beds were comfortable, the kitchen is equipped well enough to have Simple family meals, and the views are magnificent. Also, Dollywood was only 34 minutes from the cabin and it is a beautiful drive through the mountains to get there with basically no traffic on Dec 22. Host was highly communicative and super responsive.

We will be back!

We loved our stay here! The only two minor complaints are that the mattresses weren’t that comfortable and the hot tub was on the smaller side. I would still choose to stay here over the other 3 cabins I’ve stayed at in the area. The view of the mountains was the best and there was plenty to keep the kids entertained when we didn’t venture out of the cabin.

Cabin at the Preserve

The most beautiful views and out in the middle of nature yet close to attractions. 0 complaints. From the booking to the moment we left the process was easy and all the information needed was well delivered. Easiest trip I’ve taken. I have enjoyed my stay and will definitely be back next year. Great game room for the kiddos.

Beautiful Getaway

My son and I went up for his fall break and had a wonderful time. The house is perfect. The views are awesome. The morning sun coming up over the mountains is just picturesque. You are close to the trail heads. But buying beer, food your best options are to go the Kroger or the little mart up the other direction. There are bears! We did see one around 1/4 mile from the cabin where someone had spilled a few items. Overall 5 stars!

Beautiful view with an amazing property owner

Beautiful view of the mountains and we even seen a momma bear and her three cubs. My kids were amazed and we all took some good pictures. The game room was a blast and my boys hated to leave. We will definitely be coming back again next year.

Perfection!

We couldn’t have picked a more ideal location for our trip. We played Pool, a Race Car Arcade Game and I landed the Top Score at Galaga (bragging rights) We relaxed mornings & nights in the jacuzzi with the most amazing mountain top views. This was my first VRBO experience and I couldn’t have asked for anything more. 10/10 !

Amazing view Great cabin

Everything was great and we spotted bears and cubs almost every day. Cabin was top notch we definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a great getaway from the city hustle and bustle.

Great family spot

Great spot for venturing into the Smokies. We enjoyed heading into Townsend for dinner and it was close to head into Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg (~30 mins each) but far enough away to be quiet and peaceful. House is very quiet and is the best location in the neighborhood.

Great vacation!!!

The house was amazing!! Every morning we would wake up and be in awe of the great smokies! The location was great and we did a lot! One day we rented an atv and drove cades cove stopping at the Townsend Wye for a great picnic lunch! We also enjoyed all the fun at pigeon forge from wonderworrks and the titanic museum! We went to dollywood too! James was an awesome host and quick to reply and help with wverything!!

Absolutely Gorgeous Cabin!

The cabin was amazing, the most stunning views of the mountains, fun games, and even the pool was so refreshing!! We saw bears every day we were there! My wife and I went with our teenage boys (13 & 15) - there was always something to do in the cabin. The kitchen had everything you could want or need, the washer and dryer is new and was wonderful! I highly recommend staying here!! We’ll be back!!
