We had a wonderful time and couldn’t have asked for more. Exquisite home, extremely well decorated and equipped, responsive hosts, beautiful views. There were plenty of things for everyone to do and the hot tub was amazing!! Anyone visiting the area should without a doubt check it out!!

We really enjoyed our stay here. There was more than enough space for everyone to hang out and still have their space when they needed it! The hosts were very quick to respond to any questions we had and the views were beautiful.

This cabin is as amazing in person as it is online. Bedrooms are spacious and all have a private bathroom. The hot tub was clean with amazing views. Plenty of parking. Large multi level outdoor deck space with private Mountain views. Would stay here again without hesitation.

Best Place in Pigeon Forge

Very tidy and lovely large home equipped with everything you need. Danny and Kiki were great hosts and there when you need them. We had a great stay!We have a large family and there was plenty of space for everyone.

Nice house!

We really enjoyed this house. Our kids loved all of the all of the games. The view was great. It was quiet and peaceful, while still being close to everything.

Love this house!!

We had the absolute best family vacation at this property. It is a beautiful house with gorgeous views and is central to all of the major spots. Plenty of space and activities for the whole family. Owners were very responsive and answered all of our questions. And our fur babies got to join us! Book this place for your next TN trip...you won't regret it!!

We stayed 8 days and found the apartment reasonable. Things we found that reflected poorly were "Motel 6" quality of furniture, lamp switches that were broken, blinds that didn't work correctly, cabinet handles sticking out right over the sink which made washing dishes awkward. We really did enjoy the location, safety features of the building, gym, and other amenities.

Family celebration

From booking to planning to arrival, stay, and departure, we couldn’t ask for a more perfect home away from home. Highly recommend this cabin for all families. We had everything we needed and more. The hosts are always available and most accommodating. The cabin was clean and gorgeous. It’s perfect for family gatherings. Loved the ease of the location. Great parking. Couldn’t be more perfect. It was an amazing trip. We highly recommend.

Definitely recommend!

Loved the location and the home’s amenities and many thoughtful touches. The property owners were great! They checked in periodically to make sure we had everything we needed, but not at all intrusively. We were 3 generations vacationing together, so really appreciated the opportunities to gather in one space as well as the opportunities to spread out and have down time. Thoughtful details for those traveling with dogs and small children. Highly recommended.

Spectacular Cabin!!!

Instead of a 5 star, I wish I could leave 10 stars. The cabin was immaculate! It was beautiful, spacious, and the beds were so comfortable. It has everything you could ever want! It has a beautiful fire pit, hot tub, arcades, air hockey, pool table, poker table, beautiful leather couches and lots of big tvs! The balconies overlooked the beautiful mountains and yet it wasn’t too far from town! I hope our family can rent this cabin agin in the future as no others could compare!

Great All around experience

This cabin is perfectly laid out with a bathroom for each room and just the right amount of bed options. The cabin was like new and extremely clean. Enough of a yard to spend time outside playing games and hanging by the fire and great views. Inside has plenty of options for all from pool table to hockey to arcade games. Location is perfect with only a short drive to either Pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg. After getting lost online trying to find the right cabin for our family vacation with ages 1-50 I don't think we could have made a better choice. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Smokey Mountain bliss

My wife and I invited our son and his friends for a long weekend in the Smokey Mountains. Panoramic Perch was perfect for this gathering. It very comfortably fit all 11 of us PLUS pets. With perfect weather, we were able to spend most time on the decks, hot tub, and fire pit when we were not hiking the Smokey Mountain National Park. And each morning, sitting on the porch with coffee, watching the early morning patches of fog gather in the valleys and reflect the sunrise....it was all perfect.The house is very well maintained, and had room for the group to make dinners together and have late night game room activities.Our thanks to the hosts for making this special weekend! If you're considering the Smokey Mountains with a group of friends, be sure to book this property!

We celebrated a family birthday with 10 of us, two teenagers and 8 adults. Every single one of us had a wonderful time, and we hope to go back to this same cabin in the future. The hosts were very responsive to every request and need we had. We highly recommend this property.

Family Getaway

We are a family of 13 all across the country and met here for a little getaway. We had a great time. House was great, super clean, great amenities. The family raved about the house all week. We would recommend anyone to stay there and will stay there again in the future. Great communication with the owners of the home with any questions we had. Book it now you will not regret!
