Aug. 2025. The home was fabulous, the pictures in the listing are appropriate. The location is great, 10 min to Dollywood and around 20 min to Gatlinburg. Be prepared for the very steep street with a few 180 hairpin turns to make it up to this beautiful rental. Communication was done through texts or emails, we really didn't have a reason to speak with anyone about any issues or problems. The rental came supplied with enough bathroom supplies for our stay. The only negatives were in the kitchen. No salad spinner, no wine bottle opener and all the knives and kitchen scissors were so dull that you had a hard time cutting anything with them. Overall, these are little things but future guests should know so that they can bring their own. The kitchen had ample supplies such as pots, pans, utensils etc. All the appliances including the washer and dryer are newer, clean and in good working order. The deck with the hot tub, bbq, table and chairs were used alot during our stay. The views off the deck were awesome. We had 2 black bears come and visit us on our first morning we were there. I left a bag of charcoal outside since we didn't need it with the LP BBQ. I thought that if a bear did come around, he wouldn't mess with it since it wasn't food and probably didn't smell great, but I was wrong. He dragged it up the railroad tie wall and tore it open. He did eat 1 briquette before he realized it wasn't good! Overall, great place, great location and great memories made.

The cabin was very nice, secluded, peaceful and clean. The view was absolutely breathtaking. We have been visiting the area for over 20 years. This cabin had the best view of the mountains that we have ever stayed.

Perfection!

This is our second stay at Cloud 9. Although the drive to this cabin is steep, it is worth every twist and turn upon arrival! The view is spectacular from the deck gazebo, and just as beautiful from the dining area table. The cabin offers an open concept living area, with room for everyone to relax and chill. We love the feeling of being away from everyone and looking out on mountains, rather than looking at other cabins. Check-in was effortless; the cabin was clean; the kitchen was fully stocked; and the beds were comfy. We will return again.

Cozy Cabin and VIEWS!!

My family and I loved staying at this sweet cozy cabin!! The views are spectacular and the space was so nice and welcoming. Would love to stay again in the future!

Stunning views!!!

Perfect cabin for our family!! Has everything you need for your stay!! The hot tub was so relaxing!! If you have a drone this is the perfect place to launch it. The only negative I have to say is the downstairs bedroom bathroom sink was clogged and wouldnt drain properly. I wish we could have stayed longer I should have booked the whole week! Early mornings are so peaceful and quiet with your cup of coffee on that beautiful deck.

Sisters Vacation

The cabin was nice and clean. The view from the deck was beautiful. We went on a jeep tour (Smoky Mountains jeep tour) and that was fantastic!! We saw the Titanic, covered bridges, the Island and of course we went shopping and ate very well.
