Best Rental Ever

Cabin was close enough to attractions, but still tucked away enough to not constantly be overwhelmed by the hustle and bustle of town.

Attentive host that responds promptly! Cozy atmosphere with fireplace and Christmas Tree! The cabin appears older and with more wear and tear than in pictures but that didn’t affect our stay. The floors could have been cleaner but I can overlook that as well. We had great space for extended family. The hot tub got warm fast. Location was convenient. We would stay again!

The place needs a serious deep cleaning. There is dirt/dust everywhere you look. Possibly a mop that is not filled with the smell of mildew . The floors were filthy and the pans and pots were also, although the glassware clean . The space was adequate for our needs.

Amazing vacation

Great cabin with lots of room for our large family. The kids had a blast and it was a peaceful cabin to come back to after a long day.

Great stay!

The location is great to all the things Pigeon Forge! The drive is easy and the cabin is exactly as described. Our teen loved the pool table in the basement and all the kids loved the video games. Super easy to communicate with the owner. Would love to stay here again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The cabin was relatively easy to find with the Maps phone app and easy to get to the Parkway area. Parking for 3 cars yes, but driveway is narrow and difficult to back out of onto narrow road. Only 1/2 of a shower curtain liner in entrance bathroom. Broken night stand handle and lamp shade in entrance bedroom. Majority of cabinet doors are loose and sagging. Microwave turntable dish does not turn. Living room sofa cushions very worn and hard to get up from. Pub stools in theater room have broken backs. Washing machine did not fill to proper level. Stains on theater room sofa mattress.

Great Cabin, Great Location, Fun Weekend!

Our family stayed at Bear Haven for a long weekend trip to Dollywood. We loved the cabin and had a great time. The cabin was close to everything we wanted to do and was an easy drive to and from town. We had 6 adults and 2 children (4 & 6) and there was plenty of room for everyone. The downstairs activity room was a huge hit with the pool table and the arcade game! The hot tub was a favorite as well. We really enjoyed out stay.

Great cabin and location

Everything was great. Would suggest lighting in the driveway, hard to see out there at dark and the basement stairs are slick, really needs some no slip pad things on them, had a few mishaps going down. 😂 overall highly recommend this cabin. Great location, close to everything.

Best trip ever!

Let me just say this was probably the best vacation we've ever had. The people at Bear Tracts were really amazing. The whole process was very well thought out and just really easy for us to navigate through. Oh, and the cabin was everything that the pictures portrayed it to be. Plenty of room to spread out and had some nice amenities. We will definitely be staying again. Awesome trip!

The inside of the cabin was fine. I thought we would have a view, no, no view The only thing one could see was trees five feet away blocking any view possible. The outside porch was in desperate need of a power wash. The pictures were deceptive for the view. We had trouble operating the temperatures on the jacuzzi.

Reviewer Comments: So we got there and the cabin wasn’t ready, but bear tracts made up for that with the free activity passes, so no problem there the only thing I didn’t really like was the lack of lighting all around the deck and the lack of lighting by the washer and dryer, install lights for those areas this place would be golden

We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this cabin.

A great way to vacation in the Smokies

This was our first time staying in a cabin instead of hotel rooms/suites and it was so much nicer for our family. Especially to be able to make enjoy our own food and have so much space for games and movies. The things I will remember next time that I didn't think of: salt and pepper, a kitchen sponge and dish soap, and coffee filters. There were plenty of towels, t.p. and paper towels though i did bring extra of those.
