Dos habitaciones / casa de dos baños. Ubicado a 15 minutos de la isla en Pigeon Forge y a 30 minutos de Gatlinburg. La cabina está bellamente decorada y llena de antigüedades encantadoras. Amplia cocina espaciosa, hermosa área de cocina comedor. Mucho espacio en las habitaciones y baños. ¡Siéntate en la terraza y absorbe los sonidos del hermoso Waldens Creek y la vida salvaje!

Todo lo que necesitas traer es tu ropa y comida. Suministramos todas las sábanas, jabones, detergentes, tazas, platos, etc. con cada alquiler. La tienda de comestibles de Whaley está a 3 millas de distancia para obtener suministros adicionales. Esta es nuestra casa de vacaciones en familia y las actualizaciones incluirán Wi-Fi, bañera de hidromasaje, chimenea de sobremesa y juegos familiares. Hermosa terraza con vista al río / arroyo. De hecho, una torre se encuentra en el agua, así de cerca. Muebles de patio en cubierta, incluyendo mecedoras. Nuevamente, es nuestra casa familiar y se ve diferente, se verá diferente de otras cabañas comerciales de alquiler. Juegos de mesa, cartas, damas, mesa de billar, Jenga, cafetera (Folgers) y máquina para hacer gofres con forma de corazón incluida.

Cocina equipada con todos los utensilios, microondas, estufa, parrilla. La lavadora / secadora está disponible si necesita lavar la ropa durante la estadía. Nuevo softner & Hvac recientemente instalado. Es agua de pozo, habrá un poco de botella de agua en la nevera para que comiences. Cable básico y Wifi incluidos en el salón principal y principal. DVD provisto de una selección de 60 películas, no muchos DVD para niños. Este es un hogar acogedor de 2bd / 2 ba. Las habitaciones tienen camas queen size y un sofá cama extraíble adicional. Futon está disponible para la opción de dormir adicional.

El hogar está en un sistema de agua séptica y de pozo. Se instaló un nuevo sistema de filtración Culligan 2019 para eliminar minerales y hierro. Durante las condiciones de sequía, puede haber un olor a veces desde el momento en que ingresa, pero ha pasado un tiempo desde que lo hizo. En ocasiones, puede ver manchas rojas en la bañera de hidromasaje por el agua dura. Los limpiadores de cabina blanquean la tina para tratar de eliminar el enrojecimiento.

Quaint but Questionable

Quaint little cabin tucked away in a nice neighborhood with a creek in the back. The floor was unstable in parts of cabin, the fans had not been cleaned in quite some time, black ants all over the bathroom counters, the water dripped in both bathrooms and the smell was a STRONG sulfur smell and nasty taste. The water pressure overall was very weak. The floor in the hallway bathroom was unstable and unsafe—tiles lifting and caught our socks multiple times but we were lucky to not cut ourselves. Pans for cooking are for an induction over not a regular electric stove and they were incredibly old. No broom to sweep, short a pillow case—had to purchase one and the Roku TV worked at times.

Buyer Beware

This house is not what it appears to be. The furnishings are very old and not inviting. The smell of moth balls in this cabin was overwhelming. So much so that we weren’t able to stay and had to book a different cabin in spite of not getting any refund on this one.

Great place

This was an awesome place to stay. The creek in the back with the deck overlooking it was fantastic. Very serene setting. Neighbors were friendly. Host was easy to communicate with and very kind. Would recommend anyone staying there. Would suggest that you take blankets as there were not enough but great place to get peace and quiet.

Great location

The home was dated. Looked like a funeral home decoration. Had issues with lighting and lamps with no bulbs and switches that did not work. Did contact owner and did get the switch fixed. The two burns on right of the store would not come on due to knobs not turning. The view of creek out back was wonderful. The home could be better up to date for the amount you pay. Great location from pigeon Forge 20 minutes.

Quaint home and quiet area.

Quiet place to stay, well away from the hustle & bustle, which is what we were looking for. We enjoyed the fireplace nightly, pool table often, and the hot tub one night. We were forewarned of possibly sulfur smell of well water, but didn’t encounter it much except when showering & washing dishes — decided to take next showers at home. Water pressure in kitchen was very low and it was difficult to wash dishes. Place seemed cleaned but exterior/yard appeared to have little or no upkeep. There were soap packets for a dishwasher so it was funny watching my husband hunt for the non-existent dishwasher. I’m guessing the cleaners weren’t paying attention. :-) We can tell from reading the guests books that many people have enjoyed their stays there!

Lovely Vacation Home

This was a nice vacation home. It was within 30 minutes driving distance to Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg and Great Smoky Mountains. The hot tub was great. The background sound of the stream was very soothing and relaxing.

Our First Family Vacation

Quiet Lil cabin right next to everything

Took my wife & 13 yr old and also my parents the place has everything needed to cook, lay around or your literally minutes from all the attractions or just sit on the back porch and listen to the stream running I will definitely be back again soon..

First time visit for son-in-law to mountains.

It was stress free. I was able to handle all arraignments before leaving home. There was no check in hassles, no room not ready and no other inconvenience. I would recommend this to family and friends.

We had to keep the windows open in the bathrooms and the doors closed in order to tolerate the sulfur odor. Bathrooms could be cleaner. Outside of that, it was a comfortable stay. I wouldn’t stay again because of the smell.

Snowy Christmas Vacation

Vacationing the week of Christmas, we wanted a nice relaxing place to unwind from this crazy year. David's cabin did just that. We spent most of our time in the hot tub, or playing games and watching movies. (We introduced our teenager to some classic 80s hits!) The cabin was perfect for our needs. The best part was getting snow on Christmas Eve and waking up to a beautiful White Christmas! The check-in process was smooth, and David did a great job explaining everything in his check-in information. Thank you for a great stay and a memorable Christmas.

Not what we expected

Very disappointed with this cabin. The pictures and info made sound amazing. Upon our arrival, the sulfer smell smacked you in the face, and the smell was constantly taking over the guest bathroom. Ants were all over the place. There was rat/mice poison, along with mice droppings in the both bathrooms. The guest bathroom shower looks to have mold growing on the wood that is in there, so we all shared the master bath for showers. The hot tub took well over 24 hours to heat up, and upon inspection of the hot tub, you can tell it hasn't been cleaned in forever, there were all sorts of particalls floating around, and as soon as you would get out, you would feel slimey. *note: we didn't notice how dirty it was until we turned the jets off*. Both beds seemed to have some sort of pet hair on them. As for the owner. We never contacted him during our stay. We didn't want cleaners coming while we were on vacation. I will note. He seems like he likes things very clean, and organized, but this house said the very opposite. There were even dead bugs on the window seals. He says its a "family" home, but upon doing some research, he only bought the home in 2019, and it came fully furnished. You only have 4 or 5 channels to choose from to watch TV, and the DVD player wouldn't work. The house has settled so much, you can't play pool, because the balls constantly roll, and its also missing a ball. The doors are not level, part of the cealing is higher than the rest, the molding is cracked at the top. And part of the kitchen/bar area is not flush with the floor anymore. I honestly don't deem this house to be safe, at least not until some major renovations are done. Also, upon arrival, the front door was unlocked, and all the lights were on. All in all, we will NOT be back to this cabin. It was way over priced for the condition it was in. I could've gotten a very NICE and CLEAN hotel, with comfortable beds, for cheaper. Best part of this cabin was the location. Everything else was trash.
