The game room was worth the extra money. The place was clean and everything looked like the pictures. Also, pretty easy to get to and almost level parking pad compared to others we have seen. I highly recommend this cabin if you have kids 7 and up.

Best Anniversary and Mother’s Day Weekend

This property was one of the best we have stayed in. This was a great couple of days with a lot of things to have fun as a family. Very glad we made the choice to stay. Would definitely stay at this property again.

Property was a nice size, kids enjoyed the games though several could use maintenance. Lots of cobwebs inside and outside. Floors could use some wet swiffering and vacuuming or carpet cleaning. We had an issue with water leaking on a bed from the wall in the lower level. The lower level toilet would run off and on throughout the day. Exhaust bathroom fan very loud and needs repair. Only 1 of three hairdryers are in working order. Host did try to address a few of our concerns providing new basketballs for the kids replacing a light that was out, and getting some additional blankets. The pool was a nice thing for kids but beware it's difficult to walk to because of the steep inclines and declines, so our older family members couldn't make it there. Listing says DVD player, but no player was ever located.

Fun Zone was a Fun Time!

We had a great time staying there. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out and enjoy. Kids of all ages (Adults included, LOL) loved playing all the games upstairs. Good location. We could have used more towels and washcloths for our part of 12 staying for a week; and the game room on top floor can get noisy if the guest on 2nd floor or trying to sleep or nap. We would definitely stay again.

FunZone good times!

Very Nice Cabin in A great location 5 mins from Little store and under 10 from main Drag in Pigeon Forge. Cabin is Nice and as described, Could use some Upgrades " Theater Set up is a Bit Dated" No streaming from Computers, Really Could use a Deep Clean and not just surface cleaning but not a Deal Breaker. Would Go again Family Had a Great Time.

The cabin was awesome!

The cabin, location, and games were great! The views at the cabin were beautiful too. The cabins are literally on a very steep hill, so just keep this in mind if you’re going in the colder months. I would have given my stay a perfect rating, but the bathroom smelled like urine and the “clean dishes” were not clean at all, which made me question the cleanliness of the whole place. Other than that it was a great stay!

We arrived at 4pm for check in and they were still there cleaning so we could not check in on time. The hot tub was not super hot all week and it was broke so all the jets did not work and one sprayed in the air so your hair constantly got wet. The bathtub downstairs jets did not work and was broken. There was no kitchen dish towels or scratcher to clean the dishes other than the dishwasher. We also saw a mouse in the main floor bedroom and the fan in the main bedroom bathroom was broke and sounded like a rocket. The game room was fun though and kept the kids busy. This would not be somewhere we would stay again. Repairs are not done to fix anything that breaks and that’s ashame!
