Casey was an excellent host and always very responsive to my messages, going above a beyond with the information given about the cabin. The cabin was the best equipped cabin we have ever stayed in the Smoky Mountains and this was our 5th or 6th year visiting the area. The amenities were great, we loved sitting on the two balconies with lovely views of the mountains and when it got dark and a bit chilly we made use of the outdoor fireplace and outdoor TV. Even though we were staying in February we could make full use of the outside space as one balcony is covered, which is just what we wanted. The cabin is in a nice area and most of the cabins around us seemed to be empty during the week which made it super peaceful. The cabin is situated not too far away from the main Parkway but far enough away to be peaceful and out in the countryside. The cabin was super clean and the beds were very comfortable. Lots of things were provided by the host that we have never had provided before at other cabins e.g shampoo, conditioner, bodywash, (full size bottles) liquid handsoap at every sink and dish soap, dishwasher tablets in the kitchen and laundry detergent. We would thoroughly recommend this cabin and look forward to staying again one day as we love the area. We were visiting from the UK.
