We greatly enjoyed our stay. The cabin was stunning. Wonderful host whom kept in touch witb us. The pool and hot tub were equally exceptional! We had a fantastic stay. Our wifi went out the night before our departure due to a storm but thats completely understandable. The only thing i had difficulty with was the oven. I couldn't get it to cool down hours after we had used it the night prior to leaving so we didnt reach out too anyone about it. I ended up unplugging it before we left. Im sure its a easy fix. I would recommend this cabin again too others! 10 out of 10

The host was very friendly and accommodating. The cabin was spectacular, clean, and fully stocked. It had all the amenities and activities we could need for our stay. The views were wonderful and just a short ride to town. We stayed with 5 adults, 6 children and there was plenty of space with space to spare. Will certainly stay again and would definitely recommend to others.

We had an awesome time at the cabin! We had a group of 23. I think 20 would have been the perfect amount for the rooms and bathrooms. (We had 3 stay in the movie room but there isn’t a shower outside of a bedroom, so those 3 had to use someone else’s.) We saw black bears right outside the cabin and the balconies have such a beautiful view of the mountains! The kitchen area was very spacious and it was so convenient to have 2 fridges and a dish washer. The bedrooms are huge and feel luxurious but cozy. The indoor pool was the perfect temperature and has a light that changes color. We had so much fun in there. The hot tub got a lot of use as well! We loved the nice long table in the dining room and we all played cards together in the evenings. We had a few small hiccups during our stay with something needing fixed or replaced and anytime we contacted the host he was right on it!! He is such a great and reliable host and you can tell he cares about this property and the guests’ experience. We would stay here again!

We had 7 children under age 14 and 8 adults and we had an excellent time. We enjoyed the pool, hot tub and arcade room but the movie theater was the biggest hit. The kitchen was big but could use a few large skillets to prepare meals for a crowd.

Family Vacation

We had 12 people in our larger than life group ranging in age from 4 to 72. This house has something for everyone & enough room. I LOVED the long dining table. It fit our whole family (we range in height from 6'7" to 38"). The beds were pretty comfortable & they're were plenty of blankets & pillows. The 3 decks were really nice to go out on & enjoy the Smoky Mountains. The indoor pool was pretty neat & my kids loved it. The water temp is like a luke warm bath, but the room where the pool is is nice & warm so you aren't cold when you get out of the pool. I love that it has a lock on the pool room door. It made me feel safe to allow the kids down stairs to play the games without worrying about them getting access to the pool. The hot tub was really nice & relaxing especially after a day of hiking. The kitchen had just about any spice you could need, which was really nice. There are plenty of plates, coffee mugs & glasses. 2 big utensil holders with a good selection of utensils. Loads of silverware & the 2 refrigerators were AMAZING! It was really nice having 2 fridges especially when you have a big group. They had tea already there for your use, which we loved as a few of us are tea drinkers. Having a Keurig & a coffee pot are nice, especially when 1 person likes a stronger coffee then the rest.The bedrooms were large & spacious with tall ceilings. Everyone fit in the beds without issues. Each closet has a few hangers which is nice. Bathrooms were big/clean. Would stay againw

The perfect stay

This place was perfect for our family reunion, we had great communication with owner, and the cabin has everything you need to have fun.The whole family enjoyed our 4 day 3 night, we wanted to stay longer, but was already booked.Will recommend it for sure.

Awesome cabin

We brought our youth group and everyone had such a fun time. The game room, pool, hot tub, rooms it was all very clean. Had a couple of issues with dishwasher and washer but the owner was very quick to respond. Would definitely recommend this property

Amazing!

I have been vacationing in Tennessee every year for the past 11 years. This cabin is by far in my top 3 cabins. It was stocked with everything you could possibly need in the kitchen! The pool area even had pool floats and goggles. The theater room had a decent size tv. The place was clean and Ruben was very quick to respond and super friendly!

EaglesView Cabin Is very nice and large. A few minus' are: 2 mattresses have a broken spring or two. The pool table needs to be thrown out!! rips in the felt and ball pockets are ripped out. Kitchen is well equipped but has no pitcher for tea/lemonade. AND the windows on back of cabin ion main level need blinds. The sunset will blind you inside. I know some of these are picky suggestions, BUT changing these would make this cabin PERFECT! we did enjoy our stay.

GREAT HOUSE, HELENE WEATHER & 4 BEARS!

Our family had a wonderful week together despite the weather! This house is really beautiful inside! Remarkably CLEAN and well equipped with entertainment options! Rubens was terrific with communication, answering any/all questions immediately. The views are spectacular and as pictured & the decks have plenty of chairs/nice lighting. We were pleasantly surprised at how well stocked the bathrooms and kitchen were with soap, toilet paper, lotion, shampoo, hair dryers, dishwasher soap, k-pods etc. The theater room is plenty big and equipped with big cozy sofas and clean blankets. The laundry room was clean and well stocked. The arcade games and POOL kept us busy during all the rain before/during Helene. The pool was great and they even provided pool towels! The pool table was old & needed some work. Some pockets were torn so balls fell on the floor. We actually saw a BEAR right below our lowest deck and then 3 together walking across the street towards our house and climbing over the railing between us & our neighbor…did NOT expect that but it was really cool! Really our only frustration was not having any instructions for the theater room TV/DVD which would have been helpful. Otherwise this is a beautiful home and perfect for a family vacation!

Outstanding Cabin w/ Fantastic Views and Accomidations!

We rented this cabin for my bachelor party. I had roughly 23 people staying with me for the experience over three days. The skylines were outstanding, the cabin was extremely tidy, beautiful, and spacious. While the cabins are close to one another, we didn't have an issue with noise because of how well the cabin was insulated. The pool was larger than expected and the hot tub was perfect for an early morning warmup. The bed situation comfortably rooms about 15 but with the additional blow up mattresses provided, cots available, and theater room couches, we were able to make sure everyone slept comfortably. The experience was a 12/10 and would recommend this cabin to anyone. Plus we even saw a bear from the outside decks (there are 3 stories with decks). Will be back in the future with family and friends. Thank you!

Family getaway

This property was everything and more for our family trip. The host is amazing. He communicates very well. They did not leave anything out to provide comfort for your stay. We would definitely use this host again for our next family trip in Tennessee!

Owner very attentive

This was our second trip to the Pigeon Forge Area and we would definitely stay at this property again. The owner was very attentive to any issue and was a pleasure to work with. The kids loved being able to swim on downtime and enjoyed the movie room also. The location was also good with paved roads up the mountain and just a short drive from most activities and attractions.
