Stayed with my family, 3 generations, 6 total. The cabin was spacious yet rooms could hold us all for movies and we played a pool tournament together. My parents loved the old arcade game. I spent most nights out in the hot tub and in the pool. Well worth it and kids are asking to go back already. The staff would answer all questions within 30-60 mins and would drop supplies off next morning; pool cues (gave us extra for teams), and chlorine tabs for pool and hot tub. I couldnt say enough good things about this cabin and staff. Location is close to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg.

This cabin was very cozy and fully equipped for family gatherings. I visited with my husband, teenage son and toddler daughter. There was something for everyone in the cabin to enjoy and relax while lodging. The host has definitely thought of the place for family vacation. Very clean, very pleasant atmosphere and peaceful.

We loved our time at this cabin. The cabin itself was very clean and we greatly appreciated the child safety features for not only the pool but for both sets of stairs as well. The pool and game room were highlights for the kids (and adults as well...) and made it so that we were actually hoping for crummy weather so we could stay inside and enjoy the cabin! Communication with Sana was wonderful and enhanced the experience overall. We highly recommend this cabin and look forward to booking our trip for next year!

The place is beautiful! Be careful in the pool area as it can get slippery when it’s wet. It was just what we needed after a long day in town. Scenery is amazing and so much to do around town.

Everything was absolutely perfect - beautifully appointed, clean, with so many little thoughtful touches. We especially appreciated all the childproofing and kid-friendly thoughtful additions throughout the house, from divided plastic plates in the kitchen to pool noodles and the lamps with the little "flame" lights that made awesome nightlights. We picked this location because we wanted to have more of a stay-cation than a going-out-and-doing-things vacation, and we couldn't have found a better property for that. Thank you for such a great time and a beautiful location for making memories!

My family loved the cabin! The pool was great for small kids and the security of the home was excellent. Cabin was comfortable and supplied well with needs for a family of 6 plus to be comfortable. I would definitely recommend this cabin and owner. Host was on top of every question and attended to any request we had.

From the day of booking until the day we left, the communication was excellent. The cabin was exactly what we were looking for. Family friendly, private bedrooms, family areas, and more. The hot tub was great, the pool was perfect, and the game room was a hit! The location being right between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg is ideal for anyone looking to get out. No more than 20 minutes from everything, including the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. We'll be back!

Host was extremely responsive and provided all information needed to fully enjoy the amenities of the house. The digital guidebook was an added plus that we could easily refer to. Description of property was accurate. Having three bedrooms each with their own bathroom, one in the main floor, was important to us and all three bedrooms were comfortable. The pool was relaxing and it was fun to relax in at the end of a busy day. Location was very close to Pigeon Forge, where we spent most of our time. I highly recommend this cabin and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Thank you!!!

Amazing Cabin

This was our 4th time coming down to the area and this is by far our favorite cabin. Everything was so new and clean and perfect. Host was so gracious and communication was perfect. Absolutely recommend this cabin. We have 9 and 11 year old boys and the pool was beyond perfect for them.

Our family just wrapped up an unforgettable week at Shangri Lodge and Pool, and we already miss it. The flat, no stress drive off the Parkway was so easy to navigate. The cabin itself was immaculate and smelled fresh the moment we opened the door, setting the tone for a truly relaxing stay. We genuinly felt right at home. The layout is genius for multi-generational groups or parents looking for peace and quiet if you have kids. The upstairs game loft had a pool table, air-hockey, and a retro multicade that kept our teens smiling well past bedtime, while we sat outside and watched fireflies.Rain or shine, the star attraction was the sparkling heated indoor pool on the lower level (complete with smart TV), followed by a soak in the hot tub under the stars on the deck. We easily filled entire afternoons there without ever leaving the house. When we did venture out, Dollywood, The Island, and Gatlinburg were literally minutes away so close enough for spontaneous outings, yet the cabin stayed blissfully quiet at night. Check-in was seamless: door code arrived right on time, parking for our SUV was right out front, and host Sana was fast to respond and very accommodating.

Perfect!

We loved that the pool and room with the pool were heated, making it very comfortable to swim anytime. The hot tub was great, everything was clean and well stocked. We appreciated the coffee and creamer being provided! Getting in and out was easy. The shower was beautiful. We appreciated the easy checkout with very minimal requirements on our part. Just put the towels in the shower, take out the trash, run the dishwasher and lock up. We couldn’t be happier with our stay. Now we’re spoiled.

From the start of the booking process to the end of our stay, the communication with the owner was prompt. The cabin itself was amazing for all ages. Absolutely Perfect Stay!

If you want the perfect stay, book here! I cannot say enough good things about this cabin and the host, Sanae. The cabin was spotlessly clean - you can tell they take great pride in maintaining it. The amenities were top-notch (pool and hot tub were a huge hit) and thoughtfully provided, making our stay incredibly comfortable and convenient. The location was ideal - peaceful, yet still close to everything and conveniently located between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge.What really stood out, though, was the host. Sanae was gracious, welcoming, and super responsive from the moment we booked. Any questions we had were answered promptly, and she genuinely cared about making our experience a great one.
