The cabin needs a little TLC. Our grandkids loved the game room and slide in the bunk room. The hot tub was a nice addition and maintained a nice temperature.

Lynn the host was exceptional in communication. We had several hiccups, Lynn did her best to fix them all. Hopefully they will be fixed for the next group. The kids enjoyed the arcade and the theatre, but were very disappointed in the hot tub being broken. I feel the house just needs a good maintenance update, lots of things not working properly. I don't want to nit pick every problem, but for the money we pay to rent the house you expect all items to work and house would be stocked with things you need. Overall we enjoyed our stay, just wished the hot tub would have worked and we would not have had to ask for anything, but Lynn did a wonderful job getting is the items needed. The house was in a good quiet neighborhood.

Beautiful house. We really enjoyed the location because it was so quiet and peaceful. The kids loved the arcade room. Good communication from the management team to correct a few minor issues. Would definitely stay there again.

Great home in a nice, quiet neighborhood. The theater was a great amenity in the evenings, and we loved opening the porch doors in the morning for fresh air.Would be happy to stay again one day. :)

No internet the entire stay. Remotes were not working for TVs. Trash under beds and cigarette butts everywhere. Electrical outlets in bedrooms were not working. This is the first cabin we’ve stayed in to have such terrible cleanliness.

Our family of 15 enjoyed our stay at Mountain Lake Lodge. We had a few minor issues, but I was impressed by how quickly someone was sent out to handle them. The communication with Lynn was also great.

Great location unfortunately, very poorly maintained home

House is located in an incredible area. House has not been maintained much at all. Pictures are very deceiving and old. House is showing a lot of wear. Needs painting. Steps and portions of the front porch have dry rot and the steps leading to the home are just about to give way. We actually repaired items ourselves to be useable. 3 dining room chairs were missing screws and very unstable. One of the toilet paper dispensers was broken, we repaired. Homeowner did send in new toaster and grill because these were not working. Cabinets in the kitchen are coming apart. Needs to have many of them screwed back together. There were clothes left from previous renters. Sheets were old and used, owner did replace while we were there after we complained. Comforters on the beds have holes in them. Bunk beds were also not made. We had to make ourselves. Towels were not available first night they brought by noon second day.Pictures showed this house was not close to neighbors. Not the case. Game room had a cabinet full of games in complete disarray. The air hockey table did not have useable pucks (purchased our own). Sofas have tears in the backs of them. Curtains in living room were torn. Not enough seating on the outside deck for a dinner for large gathering. Sleeps 19 but not enough seating for even 15 to have dinner in dining room together. We had to buy cleaners to mop and clean Overall, great neighborhood, but this is the worst kept house in the neighborhood

Winter reak Family Trip

The property was wonderful for a large group.There wZ plenty of room for everyone and the cabin was furnished perfect with blankets and kitchen accessories. We diffently will come back! Lynn the host was very helpful and made the booking very easy and even checked on us while we were there.

Family vacation

This trip was planned as a Christmas gift for our children and grandchildren. Although it was a wet rainy mess most of the trip. There was plenty for the kiddos to do in the cabin. The main living area was a little small for all of us to sit together, there was room on each floor for us to spread out. Communication with the host was outstanding. Check in was effortless. The cabin had everything we need in the kitchen. Great place to stau.

Great Family Trip

We had 3 generations of family stay in Lynn’s cabin. It worked great. Plenty of space. Easy to get to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Nice views of the mountains. You can even see the Dollywood fireworks at night.

Smokey mountain vacation

The area was beautiful and the cabin was nice. The pictures need to be updated as there were only two video games and only one worked and most of the led lights didn’t work. They also didn’t provide enough trash bags and paper products (or we couldn’t find them). Lynn was terrific and responded to our emails almost immediately. The 3rd floor AC stopped working and she had someone out there in just a few hours to get it up and running. We had a great time and the cabin was nice it just fell short on some of the expectations set by the photos. Spa worked great. I would recommend.

Great Family Vacation Home!

Lynn was an excellent communicator! We had an issue with linens that took a couple of day to correct, but she was prompt and efficient in staying of top of things. Most well-equipped kitchen we’ve had in a vacation rental - plenty of dishes, glasses, flatware, pots & pans, etc. to accommodate our large family plus a dinner guest on a couple of nights. Plenty of room for quiet time or family time!

There were BED BUGS in the kids area. Also, very basic amenities were missing. There was no hand soap, shower gel or shampoo in the bathrooms. Bathroom locks were broken. Few lights were out, few LED lights in kids area were not working. TV has power but some of the the tv remotes were missing and some of the tv remotes were not working at all. All the board games were broken. One of the arcade guns was not working. We didn't expected this at all. We came with family to spend some quality time but even basic things were not working. The family didn't like it.
