Rod was very accommodating and responsive when I had questions. The house was amazing! There was plenty of room for our large group. And the new ping pong and basketball ball game created hours of competition. I will definitely be going back!

This cabin was the most beautiful one I've ever stayed in! There was so much to do! Any and everything you could think of needing while on vacation is provided! The beds beds were so comfy and it was an all around fantastic place to stay! We will be going back! The owners were also very friendly and respond to any and all messages!

Wonderful stay in a beautiful home!

Kitchen was fully stocked for a large group. Two of everything!! House is very big and has everything you need for a great stay! Owners are very responsive and helpful! We were there for a family reunion and enjoyed being together and using the cinema room and hot tub! One of the best things was that we all got to see a bear several times while we were there!

Our family loved our stay! The house was well stocked and our kids especially loved the “movie room.” We saw bears everyday of our visit which was a highlight. Rod was a great host and checked in on us throughout our stay.

We had a marvelous time. The cabin will fool you from the outside. Spacious with plenty of sleeping for our crew of 14. The kitchen is stocked better than my own home. The two gas cook stoves in the very large kitchen were perfect for our large crew. Owner was quick to respond. I would 10 out of 10 recommend this for a perfect TN stay. Thank you for a memorable vacation!

Great for a large group!

We took a friend’s trip from Tampa, FL - 19 of us total, ranging in age from 2 to 43 (lol). This house was perfect for our needs! 2 stoves and 2 dishwashers were a great help for our large group. The host was very responsive and even accommodated an early check in for us. Would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend! Thanks Ron!

Smokies family vacation 2024

We had 9 people - on 6 yrs, 3 teens & 5 adults. Boogity Bear Lodge was MUCH more that enough for our needs - plenty of "private" and "family" spaces. Amazing location for rafting, hiking, horseback riding and visiting Pigeon Forge. The beds were quite comfortable, whirlpool/game tables/theater/pool table all fantastic and kitchen wonderfully stocked as advertised. Rod was VERY responsive. Main road into subdivision after gate not always open and other options winding with drop-offs - may be best entered first time in daylight and very "doable." Our youngest was VERY sad to leave and wanted to know when we were all coming back. An all-around amazing family experience with many fantastic memories.

Wonderful Family Cabin!

There were 14 of us that stayed at Boogity Bear over the 4th of July weekend and we couldn’t have asked for a better cabin. It was huge, in just the right ways. The kitchen was fully stocked and Rod was very attentive and great to work with. We had a blast!

Awesome mountain retreat!

My siblings and I travel with our families often. There are 13 of us ranging in age from 9-50. We all LOVED Boogity Bear! The size was perfect and we had more space than we could use. The double appliances in the kitchen was a dream since we prefer to cook and eat in than go out. The stock items - from kitchen items to toilet paper to trash bags - was above and beyond anywhere else we have stayed. The extras like the hot tub, movie room, and games - video games and pool table - made it easy for us all to find plenty to do and have fun together. We will definitely stay here again the next time we travel to the Pigeon Forge area. I highly recommend Boogity Bear!

50th Anniversary Celebration

The cabin was perfect for our family of 15. The kids enjoyed all the entertainment. The adults love the kitchen, having it spacious and big enough to cook our Thanksgiving meal, and daily breakfast and dinners together! Communication with Rodney was very quick whenever we had a question. Look forward to staying at any of their locations in the future.

Family Friendly Cabin

This house is amazing and very family friendly! The double kitchen was a game changer and the double coffee maker kept up with this family of coffee lovers! the video games, pool table, and movie theater room, gave plenty of activities to entertain all ages!

Best Experience Ever!

I cannot say enough good things about this cabin and owner! Everything was fully stocked and ready for us, the owner was in contact with me immediately and made sure everything went smooth. The cabin was BEAUTIFUL and super clean! It was the best stay I have ever had in the mountains (and I have been going for years). We will definitely be back!

Amazing!

Easiest check-in, check-out. Great communication from Rod. Tons of space, and loaded with so many extras. Close enough to all the tourist action, but far enough away to be quiet and relaxing. We will be back!

Great stay and host!

Impressive property with plenty of space and amenities. Big storm the first afternoon, lost power, and thought we would be without power all night as the utility company left the area but Rod called the utility company who then returned and restored the power. Adults and kids played the video games and had several movie nights. Our group of 7 adults and 5 kids enjoyed the stay very much! We can’t wait to go back !!

Boogity Bear encounter

Our kids and grandkids had a great time in this cabin with plenty of space for all to gather together to share meals and areas to get away from the crowd when needed. Short drive to Pigeon Forge. Black bears greeted us the first morning after we arrived and gave us a fun send off!

Wonderful Wedding Retreat

My husband and I chose this place to gather our families and get married. The lodge was fantastic and met our needs. When we arrived the hot tub wasn’t working. We contacted Rob and he sent someone immediately to take care of the issue. The lodge has all of the amenities down to dish soap and tissues. There were plenty of activities to keep our crew entertained. We thoroughly enjoyed this lodge and the beautiful setting.

Great Place, excellent communication

Family vacation extraordinaire

We loved staying at Boogity Bear Mountain Lodge 3149‼️ It is beautiful, clean, equipped and well designed. Our family of 13 had all the space we needed and made use of the spa, theatre room and games. We celebrated a memorable 50th birthday and Father’s Day. We saw a bear come ambling from the back yard through the car port and back into the woods. You have a 5* review from our family 😊
