The property features multiple flights of stairs and may not be suitable for guests with limited mobility.

The built-in twin beds located in the loft master bedroom are twin size floor mattresses and suitable for children only. The full-size bunk beds in the third bedroom are suitable for adults.

Please be aware that the water levels of Douglas Lake are managed by the TVA and are typically lowered during the fall and winter months.

A photo ID may be required prior to check-in.

Additional fees and local taxes may apply to your booking.

There is room for (2) vehicles at the cabin. Additional vehicles must be stored at the overflow lot and registration with management is required to avoid towing. This is strictly enforced by the HOA.

-Open fires of any kind are strictly prohibited by the HOA, including fire pits, anywhere in the resort due to the severe risk of wildfires in our area.
-Per fire marshal guidelines, the grill may not be moved at all from its location. It must be 10’ from the structure at all times. It can not be moved to the deck.
- Must be at least 25 years old to book
- Maximum 10 guest capacity
-No bath bombs, bath salts or scented oils in the hot tub
-No events, parties, or large gatherings
