Property needed some maintenance. Pool table could not be used and did not get fixed. Lawn was awful and we notified to get it cut. ket seat loose, toilet tank cover broken, etc. It needed some maintenance issues taken care of. The inside was spacious snd comfortable, not much for supplies for 1 weeks sray.

Spent a week at the Liberty Cabin and it was a great time for the family. The location is perfect in relation to the Smokey Mountains. The cabin was very clean, and the rooms were big enough for the family to really enjoy the time we weren't out in the mountains. Made good use of the hot tub and the game room in the evenings. I would highly suggest staying at this location to anyone interested in the area. The only negative is that the landscaping is not taken very well of compared to all the rest of the homes in the area. Paying attention to the details really makes a difference.

Great place to stay

This property was great for our trip to the Smoky Mountains. We had 11 people ranging from age 3 to adult. There was plenty of room for everyone, the sleeping arrangements were great, and the game room was great for the kids! The hot tub was a hit as well. The neighborhood was nice and spacious. Overall it was exactly what we were hoping for for our trip. My only complaints are fairly minor: very little communication with the host (little or no response to my questions), check in was slightly delayed as the wrong code was sent, not enough silverware, not enough kitchen and hand towels, and some of the unnecessary but cool amenities were broken.Overall we had a great time!

Great place

The property was very clean, the manager was easy to communicate with and any problems resolved. The cabin is very spacious and allowed the different families to spread out but be together. The property was well maintained and easy to find.

Absolutely perfect for all ages!

This place is gorgeous, spacious, has everything you need for children, fun, location isn’t bad (about 25 min to attractions), had all the amenities spot on! We had a group of 10 and an infant and could’ve comfortably had 4 more people and still had plenty of room! We really appreciated the safety in place for young children like retractable gates at the bottom and top of the stairs, childproof doorknob covers, all kinds of children’s toys, walker, bouncer seat, high chairs and more! The game room was amazing! 60 game arcade, pool table, board and card games, cornhole and more. The hot tub was clean and ready to use. The beds were so comfy. Kitchen had everything. The furniture I fell in love with! High end appliances. Beautiful views. I could go on and on! The only negative was that I didn’t know they give the check in info on the morning of check in, so I, prematurely, freaked out a little because I hadn’t heard anything, but got that all smoothed out and the rest was the best rental we have ever stayed at! Thank you to the host for putting so much thought into this place!

Great cabin but no communication during stay

The stay was great. I did notice there was a few damages, nothing important, so I tried communicating that with the host, truly just to cover myself for being blamed of anything. I received no response and had a 2 day stay. When I was filling the master bathroom bathtub with water for a bath, I noticed there was some unknown product or residue left in the tub, and I did not add anything in the water for it to begin to bubble. Overall a very nice and spacious cabin. I enjoyed it all. Would book again.

Liberty Cabin

Our family enjoyed the spaciousness of the cabin. The game room was a hit! We travelled with younger children and the baby gates at the stairs were an appreciated bonus. The location was excellent, everywhere we visited was an easy drive. We would definitely book this property again!

Wonderful cabin

This cabin is just as described. Very spacious with plenty for the kids. The game room, hot tub, and sauna were all used. The sauna was a little tricky to work but we figured it out. The coffee bar was a nice touch. Everything was very clean. No big hills to get to cabin and was about a 25 minute drive to Dollywood. I would definitely stay here again.

Lots of space to play and relax

This was a great cabin for our family to crash at after a full day at Dollywood. We wish we had more time to enjoy all the fun things the house had to offer, but the hot tub and game room were definitely our favorites. The house had everything we needed and more, which made the stay even sweeter. The only inconvience was the cleaning crew missed a bedroom and a few minor areas. Overall, it was a great experience and we'd love to return with family and friends for a longer stay.

Beautiful cabin and surroundings

The cabin was beautiful, well stocked and very clean. The surroundings were gorgeous. The hot tub, fireplace and outdoor fire pit were not working during our stay. We did not receive check in or access information ahead of time but the host did respond with information through the app promptly. Would definitely stay again if the hot tub, fireplace and fire pit were functioning. It is a beautiful cabin.
