The pictures of this cabin was deceiving because it showed it at the end of a road with a few other houses around it but when we get down there there was WHOLE lot of new construction and construction of cabins all around us. There was construction people, debris from construction and dumpster blocking any view we could have had. Also the smell of the dump down the road was very smelly at night. The house was beautiful and very well decorated for the holidays.

We had a wonderful stay! Cabin is beautiful, roomy, well equipped for a family. Convenient location, we could see the fireworks at Dollywood every night! Construction on new cabins all around but it did not effect our stay at all.

Beautiful Home and so clean!

The house is new and everything about it is perfect. The layout of the house is perfect for a large family with the bedroom upstairs, kitchen and living room on ground floor, and game room & movie room downstairs. The street does have a lot of construction due to the neighboring houses being built.

The cabin is nice. We stayed here last year also. Cabin has aged a lot since then. Would hss as he been nice to know about construction next door. Not very peaceful outside. Maintenance is not being utilized. Broken dryer handle, never came to fix. Hot tub cover half of it does not work and toilet upstairs does not work properly.

Graduation Trip Review

This was a newly built cabin and cabins being built on both sides. So if you are there during the week, the construction crews are there by 7 to 8 a.m. working, which means hammers, saws, and equipment running. Cabin is located just outside the busy city and quiet but doesn't take you long to get back into town, so location was good for us. Check-in was seamless, but we did run into a few things that I felt should have been disclosed prior to our arrival, since the host should have known, as it was mentioned in other reviews. 1. Refrigerator - Shelves, door shelves & drawer were missing (about half) because the pegs to hold were broken off. 2. Freezer - I believe there was a shelf or 2 missing there as well. 3. If you have 6 people make sure to bring your own hot tub towles unless you plan to use your bath towel. 4. If you cook there is not really bowls to put leftovers in frig5. Dishwasher - I ran it through one day when we left and came back to bottom full of water. Reached out host and he was going to have techcian come by next day to review but that didn't happen and to my knowledge was never fixed. Overall the cabin was nice and host was very responsive to all of my messages.

Clean Cabin, Responsive host

The cabin was very clean and the amenities provided were accurately listed. Some pictures need to be updated as there is no view of town or the mountains as the neighborhood has been built up and full construction on both sides of cabin are currently in progress with new homes being built. Towel for bathrooms and kitchen area are less than adequate and are in need of upgrades in both quality and quantity. Host was very responsive when renting and checking in.

Cabin Is Okay, Needs Maintenance, Misleading Pictures, Landfill Nearby

This cabin could be great with a little maintenance. I sent the property manager several photos of broken items as soon as we checked in. Broken ceiling fan, fridge shelves broken, lamp broken, holes/stains in couch in theater room, broken dryer handle (needed to use a spoon to open door), and overall cleaning needed addressed. There were visible stains running down the walls. I did read reviews from the past and some of these items have been broke since October of 2024 and still not addressed. One big booking point was the view of the mountains we wanted. Unfortunately, there is a new house being built that is right in the way of that view now. The photos should be updated to reflect this because it is misleading. We were not told this and found out when we pulled into the cabin. Hot tub would never heat above 95 which was disappointing. It was luke warm the entire time even after trying to adjust it to 104.A big thing we noticed on the last few days we were there was the landfill smell that is located about a block away. It was terrible on our last day and thankfully didn't get into the cabin. It did make sitting outside unbearable, so we were forced to stay inside which took away from enjoying the whole property. The game room was nice and we used it quite a bit with the kids.Bedrooms were great and each one having their own bathroom was a great help.Kitchen is fully stocked which helped with preparing meals. The grocery store is not far away.

Loved the amenities

Loved the amenities and layout of the cabin. Host was very responsive. The neighborhood is under construction so take that into consideration when booking. We did find a few screws in the road but thankfully not in our tires. The fridge needs repair. The missing shelves made it challenging to store everything we needed for a large group that planned on cooking..Overall the cabin was wonderful and we would book again. booking

Best Christmas Cabin

The cabin was decorated beautifully for our family Christmas and was everything I expected and more! We had an amazing stay and loved everything about this cabin; it was perfect for us and a fantastic location!

Neglected property

Location was amazing. House was not clean. Fireplace didn’t work. Refrigerator shelves and drawers were broken. Had a total of 2 shelves to use in fridge, no drawers. TV in theater room wouldn’t work. Door handle on dryer was busted off, had to use a butter knife to open dryer. Only home in neighborhood that the grass wasn’t cut and obviously hadn’t been cut for weeks if not months. Very sad that it could be a beautiful home but the neglect is obvious. Very disappointed in all that was wrong for the money we spent renting this home. Will return to the area but not this home😢

The breath of fresh air we needed.

We are preparing to leave the cabin first thing in the morning. We are ready to be home, but dont look forward to leaving this relaxing space. The cabin itself is perfectly located. Just minutes away from all of the attractions and adventure, but tucked away from traffic. Sitting on the porches was a highlight for my wife and me. Our kids LOVED the game room and movie room! The hosts were communicative leading up to our visit and made the check-in process a breeze. The cabin was exactly what the listing described, perhaps even better. Throughout our stay I had a few questions, Justin and Kari were quick to respond. This was our first time to visit this area. We will be back.

Amazing!

Cabin was amazing. We stayed 5 nights, 6 days. We had 3 children under the age of 8 and cabin was very kid friendly. Easy access to all of pigeon forge attractions. Cabin was very clean and well maintained. We plan to stay here again!
