Very nice and comfortable property. The house was very good with getting back and answering questions. Everything was great. Only issue was unable to control the ceiling fan in master bedroom. Not really a big deal. Some of the parking was a little tight but everything was great. I’ll definitely stay there again.

Worked just fine for what we needed, an easy weekend getaway. We booked the night before and the host was easy to communicate with and answered all questions quickly. Would only complain that we did not receive check in instructions until I asked for them more than an hour after our scheduled check in time but while we were still on our way. Do wish it had a little more charm as it sort of felt like how one might stage a home for a sale or something. The lights were all different colors which felt sort of disjointed but regardless was overall a nice, clean, and convenient place to stay for a short trip.

Great place but has dog rules they send out 24 hours before

Pretty sure they had a quick turn around because the floors had some crumbs left and the one bed the sheet wasn’t on the bed just put under the comforter. But honestly was really well cared for. The kitchen is very bare bones for utensils and cookware but had enough to make meals. I however did not appreciate that 24 hours before the trip I got a list of dog rules that were not in the listing, and I had messaged to see if they were pet friendly and wasn’t given this list then. I completely get protecting your asset. However, messaging me to take my dog to the groomer if they shed before coming, which most breeds shed. They don’t allow pets on furniture or on the linens. If they think there’s excessive pet hair or that they’ve been on the bed it’s an extra 50. Also, telling me I need to crate my dog if I’m going to leave them, which I do crate my dog when I’m gone. However, as someone who was already on the road there if I didn’t have my crate it would’ve been frustrating to find out after I was hours from home. I completely understand these rules but I would have appreciated if they were more upfront about these so people can plan accordingly.

New Year Get Away

The property was fine and met our needs however I would suggest curtains or blinds at back doors for privacy. The kitchen had the basics but would have been nice to have at least some salt, pepper and other commonly used items. I/m sure people leave that stuff behind for others but this place had none of that.It also would have been nice to have some basic cleaning supplies like a broom or mop. Overall, it was nice but with a few simple items it would have been much better.

A pleasant stay.

A nice location with easy access to explore the area. Plenty of food options not far away. A nice area to take my dog for a walk and the hot tub was great to be able to relax after a long day.

Great Location

We stayed 2 nights. The place is very basic and served our needs but my main reason for not giving 5 stars is because of the beds. The king bed was about a foot off the ground and had sheets and one very thin blanket. The bed wasn’t comfortable but that could be personal preference. One of the big reasons for booking was because of the bunk beds but the top bunk was so treacherous to get in and out of (and there was a large space behind without railing), my kids had to share the bottom bed. The top sheets were also left off so we had to halfway make up the beds. Also, bring your own blankets if you like more than a very thin layer at night.Again, for a couple nights it was fine but these things could have made it better.

Great price

The place and location is nice. The location is convenient and close to everything. I was disappointed with the lack of supplies; no mattress covers/ stains on mattress. No broom or cleaning supplies. Towels very small and shower head very low. I’m 5’10. The washing machine took forever and only worked on one cycle. Not enough pots and pans for poking, no spatula, 3 oz dish soap for 2 plus weeks stay. No salt or pepper, no coffee filters etc. The property would be tremendously better with supplies

We had an excellent time at this property. It is conveniently located where you can take in all the surrounding cities have to offer. Sevierville, Pigeon Forge, and Gatlinburg. But not too close so you feel like you are on the tourist strip. It was quiet and safe and was everything we were looking for in a cabin. Was able to come back to the cabin at night and cook dinner and relax in the hot tub. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and are already thinking of booking a return trip next year.

Pigeon Forge is our favorite place to vacation! This townhouse was perfect for us…..plenty of space…super clean and modern! Most of all our host was great……excellent communication and very helpful!

Everything was very nice

The town house is roughly 10 minutes from downtown Pigeon Forge and 20 minutes from Gatlinburg. Everything was clean and freshly laundered. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely book again in the future.
