Overall it was fantastic, I would highly recommend staying here.Excellent location that is far enough away from Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg to feel secluded but it is centrally located off the parkway between them and 10-15 minutes from both for easy access and short trips to a store if needed. The views are outstanding, it seems to be one of if not the best cabin in this subdivision. Plants give privacy when using the hottub on the lower deck. The cabin was in a very clean condition. I took one star off the review for a few minor things. No glass is allowed in the pool area which is understandable, but only glass drinkware is provided. This is not ideal for adults who want to have a drink while watching kids in the pool, or for kids to drink out of. Plastic or silicone glasses should be provided, or warn guests to bring their own.You need to bring your own trash bags and toilet paper if you need more than one. It would be a minor expense to keep a box of trash bags and extra TP available. Internet access was somewhat slow and laggy, the TV in the pool room wouldn't connect to the wifi. Using a phone as a hotspot to stream on that TV was fine as there is good cell coverage. A speed test on the main floor showed 10Mb on the wifi, over 1000Mb on my phone. I would recommend switching from satellite internet to 5G home internet from T-Mobile as there's a tower right there within viewing distance.None of this is a dealbreaker but would improve things.

Great Cabin, Comfortable Stay

We had a wonderful time staying at this cabin. The beds were fairly comfortable, and we had no trouble getting a good night's sleep. The pool was great and perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Overall, a great experience – would definitely recommend!

Poolside views at Dreamland

We loved staying in this cabin! Everything was exactly as pictured. The only thing I would suggest would be getting shower mats to go in the upstairs showers as they are really slippery while trying to shower and keep your balance. We would definitely stay here again!

Our family of 7 very much enjoyed our stay at this property. Everything was as expected and the check in/check out process was seamless. After reading other recent reviews I was concerned about the temperature of the pool being an issue as we planned to take advantage of this amenity. I was assured it would be heated to the proper temperature and the adults and children were all comfortable swimming every day. The beds and linens were very comfortable and high quality. Kitchen was adequate but could use some upgrading to the tools and utensils. We had a minor maintenance issue that was addressed promptly by the maintenance team with timely communication. The location (and views) of the property were excellent and very convenient for trips into Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge and the National Park. Altogether, we were very satisfied and would definitely consider booking this property again in the future.

DON'T RENT THIS FOR THE HEATED POOL, but the rest of the house was great.

OWNERS WOULD NOT HEAT THE POOL ENOUGH TO ACTUALLY USE IT. They claimed it was within the acceptable guidelines, but a quick internet search showed that the guidelines vary by 10 degrees, and that is the difference between useable and too cold to swim in. Especially for children. Also, most of the bath towels were a bit too old to be in an expensive rental home. Otherwise, the house was nice, it was clean, the amenities were nice, and the games were fun for the kids. If you are NOT interested in the pool, this was a great house with a central location between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge.

Great view!

My family and I had a wonderful stay. The views were amazing. My grandchildren loved the pool and the game room. Easy check in and check out. Close to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. I loved sitting out on the deck in the morning drinking coffee and enjoying at the beautiful view. We actually saw a black bear also. Would definitely stay there again.

Family Getaway

The house was just like it looked the listing. Make sure you have some small plastic glasses for juice. Our only issue was the trash cans were full but they came out that day and emptied them. Loved watching the moon rise over the mountain. Kuds loved the pool. Perfect vacation.

Lives up to expectations

The property is exactly as described and does not disappoint breath taking views game room on upper floor fully equipped kitchen on main floor, 5’ heated pool an lower level with outdoor hot tub outside and in addition to an outdoor fire pit and grill something for everyone I would have no problem recommending to friends or other family members.
