If I could give them 3.5 stars, I would. The cabin had plenty of space for 6 adults and the beds were comfortable enough. The cabin was clean and had most of the things we needed. The owner was responsive and sent a technician to help out with an issue that we were having, which we appreciated. The owners provided us with a ton of space heaters, no central air/heating. I wish we had a few more blankets.The things that took stars away:-We couldn't get the wifi to work no matter what we did. The TV worked, but none of our devices could connect. -Hot tub was warm but never hot, even after adjusting the temperature -Water was well water and smelled sulfuric, especially the hot water, no filter provided to help for drinking. We bought water bottles are were fine. Shower was warm with good pressure, it just smelled.-Signs to cabins were broken/hard to see. Owners did warn us that GPS would take us the wrong way, but they need to replace the signs.

House was dirty...dishes in dishwasher, french fries in fire bucket, kerig had a used pod. Microwave had greasy film on door.. bathroom knob broken so we couldnt sharea rug frawed, pillows on bed dirty..plastic bedroom table held together with black tape. Parts of the tile floor loose. Couch hard as rock. Heater in bathroom didnt workut the door. Got stuck...

Amazing spacious 3 bed room cabin. Nestled in the woods. All the amenities you could ever want to cook, grill and relax. The hot tube is spacious and private. It is out a ways from the hussle and bussle of the busy town. Peferct get away but not to far if you want to enjoy shopping, restaurant and event happen in pigeon forge and gatlinburg.

The cabin was as listed. Would have been nice if there was landscaping out front instead if just weeds. Since grill wouldnt work, couldnt grill out but 1 night after it was fixed. It needs to be checked every clean for next guests. Booked cabin with grill for a grill. No oven mitts and a grill brush not a stick that was a brush.

Beautiful cabin

Very nice cabin. Had plenty of room. 3 big bedrooms and 2 full baths. Hot tub was clean and hot. Kitchenware supplied. Make sure you buy toilet paper (1-2 rolls provided), napkins, any condiments (including oil, butter, salt, pepper, or any spices), coffee essentials as they are not provided. Communication with the owner/manager was very fast and efficient. They did not have an iron or ironing board, but one was dropped off the same day..

Justin listing is False Advertisement Hot tub doesnt work

I would not recommend this property to anyone! I stayed there June 14th-19th and immediately when we got there we got settled in.The hot tub was not heated up, so we went ahead and did what the instructions said it said it would take a few hours to heat up.The few hours went by and it would not HEAT UP. I messaged Justin letting him know of the issues and he told us to basically make sure we did what the instructions said (already did)I updated him the next few days of our stay about the hot tub and him telling us to do different things to get the hot tub to work.Which he just gave us the run around because it was already a known issue by Justin that it didnt work but he didnt take the time to get it fixed before any new visitors booked. Then after the few days of trying to get the hot tub to work, it started to have a awful smell. Then mid day, the day before we are getting ready to leave then he says he could have someone come out to fix it for us, after I asked for some type of refund for the inconvenience. Which never got. The cover on the hot tub, the two back straps dont have anything to hook onto because they were broke off. Our beds were dirty,the porch was rotted and high grass. We put tator totts in the oven, it started smocking. Gps sends us the wrong way. So we spent a while trying to find the place and the drive way was rough on our car. The cabin is for sale so basically he wants to keep all the money and doesnt want to put money into fixing anything.

Horrible

Broken hit tub, washer drained into the floor, porch swing broke and my 69 year old dad fell as he was sitting on it, floors were filthy, toilet needed replaced, rocking chair seat busted out. Requested to speak to management several times and finally had to get very ugly before management would contact me and then made my family and I vacate the cabin due to "harassment and vulgar language". Yes I called daily as daily something was wrong and nobody would communicate to tell me hot tub was actually broken once maintenance came. Will never recommend this place or the company.

So disappointed

The cabin is nice and well kept. The hot tub never heated above 69 degrees and the communication from the host was absolutely horrific. We were only there from Friday night to Sunday morning for Mother’s Day weekend and ended up spending the majority of my time Saturday trying to get the host to get someone out to look at the hot tub. The host provides a hotline number for issues. When calling three, they absolutely stonewalled me and refused to put me directly in contact with the host. Overall came away feeling extremely frustrated with the entire experience.
