Did not use the hot tub as it was situated on gravel/stones with access by a couple of stairs.Also, furniture in living room was very uncomfortable; as for tv-Roku was not easy to use.Location of property was hard to get to- uphill, not easily accessible, especially for " seniors".

Very convenient location to the Sevierville area and priced competively to other properties.Unfortunately, we ran into several problems during our stay.1 - Immediately upon entering we could smell cigarette smoke. It is our understanding that this was a smoke free rental? Very unpleasant smell.2 - There are a few of the hardwood laminate panels in the downstairs area that are separated. One snagged and tore my son's sock on the first day then mine on the third day as we were walking through to the kitchen.3 - The air return grate was covered in dust and the air filter within looks like it hasn't been changed in months. 4 - After making dinner, we then noticed the dishwasher was not screwed into the cabinets. It pulls freely out from the wall when you try to open it and tilts forward when you try to load dishes into it.5 - On the second day after getting back from Dollywood, the kids were taking showers and the towel bar fell off the bracket on the wall when trying to retreive their towel. It appeared to be not the first time it had fallen off the wall as toilet paper was shoved behind it to seemingly keep it in place.To note - as we encountered all of these issues and to the management's credit, they were very responsive to us and were willing to send someone over to fix them.But we did not want anyone to come by during our stay to address items that we deem are several simple housekeeping and maintenance issues.

Family vacation

Owners were very responsive. Property needed some updating, however stay was very comfortable and accommodating. Only main issue we had was when we first arrived we had to switch units and property was not ready. Cleaners were still cleaning and unaware of the switch. Other than that, no issues. Property was as described and no dissappintmemts.

Pictures are deceiving

The whole place overall could use a deep clean and some tlc. There were various liquids splashed on each wall of the bathroom. I always check for bedbugs when staying somewhere and when I pulled back the fitted sheet on the mattress in the main bedroom, I was disgusted by the stains and pet hair I discovered. We ended up sleeping in the bunk bed instead. The generic door code I received upon checking in made me think they probably don’t change codes between guests and made me a little leery. I would never stay here again with all the other options available in the area.

We had an amazing stay at this property. Being able to cook and make our own coffee in the mornings…priceless! The host gave suggestions even before we got there, and when I asked the host for some suggestions in the area I always had a response quickly. We would stay here again if we were back in the area. Thank you for making my home away from home feel cozy and somewhere I looked forward to going to everyday after activities. You will not be disappointed in your stay here!

The communication with Abe and Kate was great, they got back to my messages quickly as well as sent reminders about what to do at check out and things to do in the area. The home was nice and clean, we loved that we did not have to bring dishes and that it had a dishwasher.

Exceptional Stay

I am highly impressed by this condo! Not only were the bed comfortable, the house was way larger than expected, the hot tub was super nice, it was quiet, private, and it exceeded my expectations! We had pre teens, teens, and two adults during our stay and we had a great time relaxing in the beds!

Memorable

Our favorite part of this whole vacation was the neighborhood. It’s one of those neighborhoods where you go home and think about finding one just like it to move too. Beautiful scenery, quiet, and to top it all off we had perfect weather. Walking our dog every morning was a treat versus a chore back home. The home was lovely, big bedrooms, and very, very comfortable beds. The square footage was exactly what we needed and the hot tub was such a delight. There were some minor cosmetic,” issues”. The floor on the first level needs some repairs and I saw paint splatter on various areas on that floor as well. However, none of it was enough to take any stars away. We love the Smokies, it’s our second time coming. There will be a third and I will most definitely try to book the same place again. Thank you.

The issue we had on the initial check in date, was told the property address on the reservation and the confirmation was 1446. Got to property and could not get in and then, it started raining. Then we had to call customer service numerous time and spent over 2 hours on the phone with them trying to resolve the issue. Customer service could not get ahold of the host. So we had to try to find a hotel in a City that every hotel was booked. Finally found a hotel and had to rent 2 rooms and had to split our family up, This made things even more stressful on top of everything else that was going on. Then was told would be reimbursed for the hotel amount and still have not received the refund of nearly $600.00. Which having to pay this amount was an unseen cost that was not predicted. We had to find something to eat in mist of all this, went to the Hardee's and paid $70.00 for the nastiest, undercooked, meal could possibly get. Had to pay to do laundry, at the hotel. Kept in contact all night with customer service in regards to this issue. The next morning found out from customer that the address was not correct that we were given. The correct address was 1450, instead of 1446. This whole issue made our trip very stressful and the anxiety from all of it was overwhelming. We got in to the property on 12/29. I have contacted customer service in regards to refund and still have not heard anything about refund. The condo was okay, just had a few issues. That would need maintenance att

10-15 minutes from everything!

The inside of the townhome was beautiful! It was the perfect size for my little family and pups. It was a quiet complex. It was secluded but also 10-15 minutes from everything we wanted to do! It was a quick drive to Dollywood and many of the local wineries.

GSM Jeep invasion

Our stay was so great! Condo is as pictured, very nice, clean, and the beds are very comfy. Yes, I tried all 3! If the place wasn’t booked for Jeep invasion next year, I’d already have it booked again! The hosts were quick to reply the few times I had questions. It’s about 12-15 minutes to say- the island/the parkway.
