"Splash Mountain" is a luxurious log cabin that accommodates up to 60 guests across 3 levels. Featuring 13 bedrooms and 13 and 1/2 bathrooms, this cabin also boasts a full-sized indoor heated swimming pool. Located just minutes from Pigeon Forge and Dollywood, it’s the perfect retreat for family reunions, corporate getaways, church groups, and weddings.

Upstairs Level
Let your group unwind in the spacious upstairs level, which sleeps up to 36 guests. It includes 4 king bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, 1 queen bedroom with a bathroom (and futons in each room), and 2 additional bedrooms with 2 sets of queen-sized bunk beds and bathrooms. This level features 7 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms in total, offering plenty of room for everyone.

Main Level
On the main floor, you'll find 2 enclosed bedrooms with king-sized beds, futons, and private bathrooms, one of which is handicap accessible (sleeps 8). The open-concept design includes a large kitchen and dining area, plus a half bathroom. The well-equipped kitchen features a 5-burner industrial stove with an oven, perfect for preparing family meals without the hassle of dining out. Clean-up is made easy with 2 dishwashers. Step outside to the huge covered deck with breathtaking mountain views—ideal for weddings, picnics, and gatherings.

Lower Level
The lower level offers 4 enclosed king bedrooms, each with a private bathroom and futons (sleeps 16). Enjoy movie nights in the ultramodern 16-person theatre room, which includes theater seating, an 80-inch HD TV, a small kitchenette, and a washer/dryer. Relax in the hot tub on the back deck while taking in the stunning Smoky Mountain views. The game room features a pool table, and there's a full-sized heated indoor swimming pool, providing year-round swimming fun.
