Quick response times. Super friendly. The cabin is so cozy. Beds aren’t the best. And parking cars was tight. Overall it was nice.

Nice location/Just okay

The cabin was cozy and clean. There were a few Cobb webs but we were able to deal with it. The only complaint is downstairs living room area and bedroom area was freezing. You can’t adjust the temperature much bc the upstairs is so hot. The loft area where the bunk beds are, it was so hot and our girls had to sleep downstairs on the couches because they were burning up. The mattress in the upstairs bedroom was terrible. Me and my husband’s back was hurting every night. We did not rest well at all. I think if these things were corrected it would be an amazing cabin. Check in was easy and smooth and it’s so easy to get to the main strip in Pigeon Forge.

Nice Cabin; Needs Better Cleaning

The cabin is cute and well laid out for a small space. It could stand for a bit better cleaning. Had to call to get upstairs sheets changed as they were a bit dirty. Also the hot tub was dirty and we had to request a cleaning. Customer service was awesome and they got right to cleaning everything and it was perfect from there on out. Location is great. And it was fully stocked with everything we needed. Everything worked; no issues with appliances. All in all we would stay here again.

Unclean and smells

We were here for a formal event. As soon as we walked in we could smell remnants of a smoker and not the legal kind. Everything stunk. No real help from the management company. They knew about it because whoever cleaned had hung up a car air freshener from the ceiling fan. Cobwebs, dust, and just overall clutter. Filthy blinds. Dishwasher leaked and from the damaged flooring has been an ongoing issue. Mold in upper bedroom and bathroom. If you plan to sit on the commode, I hope you’re short. Unit is in desperate need of a deep clean, clean out and repairs. Will never stay here or at one of these managed properties.

There wasn’t anything wrong or bad about the property. Just a few things… this is probably the most expensive cabin I’ve stayed in (and I am VERY good at searching the BEST cabin for my price) and the cabin was mediocre at best. Everything worked but the king size bed upstairs dips in the middle, the furniture in The living room is worn, small things like shower liners need to be changed, Coffee pot could be updated, parking wasn’t the best for two vehicles, the washer didn’t seem to wash our clothes well, the water had an odor and the downstairs bathroom had an odor, cobwebs on the porches that simply should be tidied up before each visitor checks in.…. Again nothing detrimental but for the price per night, the cabin could be fancied up a bit. Or drop the price. I’ve stayed in much nicer for less- those were just booked before I booked my trip. We absolutely loved the scriptures hung up!

Very cozy

It was a very nice cabin and in a great location not too far from the towns we wanted to visit but in a quiet laid-back location. I was disappointed that it did show a picture of a pool and pond on the pictures just to find out it was not even on the property that it was a public pool and 10 minutes away from the cabin. But overall we had a great vacation and would stay again.

Cute Cabin

Our cabin was cute and it was as per pictures. It had plenty of utensils and Extra towels and blankets. I was little apprehensive after reading some of the review on cleanliness but ours was pretty clean on the inside, the bedsheet and linen were spotless. The only complaint is I wish the outside deck was swept as well as it was covered in pollen and the carpets in the family room had pet hair. Apart from those two things, we had a great time.

Really enjoyed our stay. Convenient location to the things we wanted to do. Friendly and helpful staff at Fireside Chalet….. my ONLY complaint was the mattress in the upstairs bedroom was awful…. If you roll to the middle, you may never be seen again…

Could have been amazing.......

It was very cute, but so dusty. Kept our allergies in fits. Decor had dust on it, behind bed where we plugged phone charger in was covered in dust. Ceiling, windows, etc.. The dryer made an awful racket and didn't work.. Called the office, they said they would get someone on it but, never got fixed. The hot tub didn't have alot of privacy. Bedding had stains on it. We had a good time but, if there were just a few minutes taken out to put tlc in the place, to be thoroughly cleaned and dusted (we paid for a cleaning and service fee!!!), and get dryer fixed??? It'd be a sweet little cabin. Front office was nice, so I will give them that. But overall, I wouldn't recommend this place to friends or family.
