“Outstanding VRBO property. Very close to Parkway and Wears Valley Road. Only 2 floors in the rental, most rentals have 3, but there's lots of space. Many extras that are not found in all rentals, such as a fire pit, game room, selection of tea in the kitchen, kids playground and swing, charcoal and lighter fluid provided, cornhole, and more.I would stay again, and will next year if available on my vacation dates.”

“We couldn’t use some of the items listed. There was no batteries in the controllers and missing balls from the pool table. Air conditioning only works on half the house. But overall really a fun place to stay.”

“Great property and great host. House layout is perfect for a large group and plenty of activities to keep everyone with something to do. Kitchen was well stocked for serving and cooking. Hot tubs were clean and working well, pool was large and heating well.Very large community with similar homes, easy to get to and plentiful flat parking. 1 star removed due to some maintenance issues, and furniture inconsistency. There were a handful maintenance issues, which we let the host know about, a couple...
