“Good”

“The service the ballet everything was helpful. The rooms were clean very close to the Bridgestone that was excellent.”

“Lovely place to stay. Staff friendly, room clean, loved the hot tub.”

“This was a great cabin!!! It was stocked well for those cooking (2 different types of coffee pots, toaster, crockpot, roaster and regular pots and pans). Porch was a great place to enjoy the views. There were 3 large jacuzzi tubs which was a great addition.”

“Host was excellent. Kitchen served our purposes well. Rooms were clean.”

“Beautiful place. Great location. Wonderful owners. Great amenities. Great communication”

“We couldn’t use some of the items listed. There was no batteries in the controllers and missing balls from the pool table. Air conditioning only works on half the house. But overall really a fun place to stay.”

“Location was perfect and cabin was exactly as pictured. When we arrived the grass was pretty high. They were able to send someone the next day but they only cut around the fire pit, not including the grill. Some of the linens may need to be replaced as there were stains on the sheets and comforters. The paint on the deck is peeling pretty bad and would stick to your feet. When cooking, the microwave above stove didn't work so we were not able to use the exhaust fan when cooking. Also trash was...

“Beautiful home! Very private! We had 10 of us we all had private bathrooms and showers. Outdoor fire pit and indoor pool! Awesome vacation! We will definitely be booking again!”

“Great place located close to all entertainment tou wont be disappointed with your stay. I will be back.”

“This house was beautiful and so clean! Each floor has its own AC/Heater, which is nice. We had 25 people staying there and there was plenty of space to spread out and do your own thing if you wanted, and plenty of areas to congregate. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes and appliances. There is no pantry, and no leftover spices, etc. so expect to purchase all food items if you are needing to cook. We really enjoyed this place and the scenery! Well done!”

“This property is outstanding. It was perfect for my Girl Scout troop of 6 girls and 2 adults.”

“It is what we expected felt at home had no problems with the stay. Looking forward to go back.”

“Our group of 9 had a wonderful time at the Phoenix Lodge. The view was amazing. The cabin was beautiful, very clean and stocked full from kitchen to bathrooms of everything we needed. The driveway was so easy to get in and out of even with having 3 cars in our party. I would have never given that a thought but seeing the cabins in our area not having such, we were very thankful we had that. The next time we come to the area, we’ll definitely be booking the Phoenix Lodge”

“Excellent property, very good, prompt communication. Great facilities. Rustic feel. Pool table, video games, mini golf on the deck. Relaxing rocking chairs. It’s next to a river and 5 minutes from a tubing company to float down the river. We bought our own tubes and rode them in the river. The kitchen is rather small but functional. We hope to go back next year!”

“Our large group enjoyed all aspects of this cabin during our week. Cabin was well furnished and equipped for all of our needs. Parking was great for the 11 cars that we had in our group! All rooms having their own bathroom made it easy for planning. Community pool right next to the cabin was a nice add. Location was perfect for our excursions. We are considering revisiting this area and this cabin in one of our future annual get together.”

“Great property and great host. House layout is perfect for a large group and plenty of activities to keep everyone with something to do. Kitchen was well stocked for serving and cooking. Hot tubs were clean and working well, pool was large and heating well.Very large community with similar homes, easy to get to and plentiful flat parking. 1 star removed due to some maintenance issues, and furniture inconsistency. There were a handful maintenance issues, which we let the host know about, a couple...
