“Clean apartment, easy to get to, easy to check in and gracious host! We rented a car, so not sure the ease of finding transportation. Free on street parking - we never had to park too far away. We very much enjoyed our time there!”

“This was the worst experience I have ever had with a host. The listing omitted important information, and when serious issues arose, the host completely failed to provide any assistance or solution. First of all, the property is located in a very unsafe area. The rear side of the property was especially concerning and made me feel extremely uncomfortable and unsafe. This was not accurately represented in the listing. Before my arrival, the host contacted me to ask what time I would be checking...

“Nice apartment, good location. A little more attention to detail on the part of the hosts would help: for example, the bathroom had soap, but no washcloths, shampoo, or body wash. The kitchen would benefit from a tea kettle in addition to the coffee maker. The living room furniture was not that comfortable. Instead of the massage chair, a large armchair would be nice. “This place was great for me and my son to stay. It is close to historic downtown and convenient to all we wanted to do. The host was incredibly responsive for which we were grateful. I think it was a great value for the price. Being the first renter, there are a few items of improvement but nothing that frustrated our stay. The apartment building isn't the cleanest but we felt safe. I would stay there again.”

“Clean and comfortable /adequate /enough space for our needs.Not many supplies in kitchen. Bed linens should be replaced! Hot water was sparse and took 10 minutes in tub and kitchen and bathroom sinks. Fabric softener on bed linens stunk very bad. Beds not very comfortable.”

“This sweet apt had everything we needed for our Fishtown getaway. Alberto thinks of everything right down to the bottles of soap and shampoo in the shower. Lovely deck in the back was an added bonus space. The remodeling done in this classic Philly row home is classy and tasteful. Our dog felt right at home as well. Great to have nearby places/ parks to walk dogs. Also, Alberto is super responsive. The wine bottle opener was broken, and within an hour there was a new one in the mailbox. Comfy...
