“wifi gratis dura 10min. después te quieren cobrar 15 dólares cada media hora. pésimo el servicio del hotel. la atención en el front desk, pésima, d mala gana. no volvería a este resort de ninguna manera.”

“Los departamentos están correctos, en nuestro caso estaba recién remodelado por lo que el mobiliario estaba impecable y la ubicación, excelente para nuestras expectativas”

“We got the 3bdrm, 3ba unit. Location was so convenient to walk everywhere we needed to go like: close to the daily night market, the pick up location of both Kuranda rail tour and Great Barrier Reef tours, Esplanade lagoon, great food (all under 10mins). So we didn’t need a car. Apt was clean and over all looked newer esp kitchen appliances, dishes and cooking utensils. ”

“Was disappointed that check in is 4pm The pool is amazing and the 3 BR apartment was suitable for our needs although there was confusion with booking system as reception had us in a 1 BR”

“When we arrived we had to clean the room, floors were dirty and sticky, wash mould off the bathroom wall tiles and ceiling and the sofa was also broken. Once we cleaned and propped up the sofa our stay was great. Best views and position on the Esplanade. Stayed for 4 weeks and would stay again.”

“Great experience at Cairns Apartments. The accomodations were great and the location of the apartments very centrical. I want to mention the incredible service of Anna and Buffy that were so hepful with us in everything we needed. I can only heartly recomend those apartments to anyone who wants to visit Cairns.”

“Good apartment for large family. The rooms were pretty good and clean. The swimming pool was clean and well maintained. Overall a very good experience staying here. The reception staff also gives discount coupons for cairns attractions like thec rocodile tour etc so make sure to ask for that. One small shortcoming was not having the flexibility to extend the checkout. We requested for checkout to be moved by just one hour but received a stern no and they wanted us to vacate at 10 AM sharp....

“We had a very comfortable apartment, albeit a bit dated but perfectly functional. The saltwater pool is a gem and the garden areas beautifully landscaped. It was a little out of the centre of Cairns and with no nearby public transport that could be a problem for some.”
